The Breakfast was lovely ,the cheese platter was divine. Fruit in the bowl . Flowers everywhere. Firewood for the fire. Lovely. Michael and Karen are great hosts. Beautiful people. Great location. Me n my lady will be back. Thankyou.

I only thing we can say is that if we had the time ,would off been to stay longer . Great romantic weekend away. The fire keep us nice n warm. Kookaburras, Friendly Magpie ,came to say hallo. Beautiful scenery Nice n quite. Escape it was. Close to Montville as well. Great shops . Thankyou , To Michael and Karen. We

Lovely place

This place was lovely, From the breakfast hamper and fresh bread and crossaints of a morning. Also, the lovely chocolates and port that were supplied. To the beautiful birds that greeted us on the verandah. The fireplace that kept us warm had a wonderful stay. Was very private also which was awesome. We will definitely be back.

That the hotwater didn't work in the bathroom sink . But that's my only dislike.

A beautiful romantic weekend away

The Location is amazing very peaceful on a beautiful property in a valley. The cabin itself is very comfy and very warm once you have the fire going. Nice fluffy robes to wear after a nice spa. The visits by the half dozen kookaburras was very entertaining.

There was nothing we didn't like we had an excellent romantic weekend and will be back again.

Very peaceful stay whuch allowed us to recharge our beings.

Breakfast hamper was good. Location was convenient. Cabin was clean. Spa was nice.

Only thing we disliked was the ants entering via the window near the spa and the 3 large huntsmen aswell as several big cockroaches. Sprayed them with insect spray provided, but it took away from our comfort... hate creepy crawlies! Having said that it must be mentioned that the cabin was very clean and thus the visitors mentioned were very unexpected.

Peace and serenity

Everything was wonderful for our weekend getaway to unwind after a busy few months. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Perfect breakfast hamper. Beautiful surroundings, not too far from town. Everything we were after and more plus the rain feature, simple yet effective. Genius!!!

Place starting to show its age. For the price needs to be a little updated. Smart TV. Additional towels etc.

Cosy winter break

Hosts are super friendly and go above and beyond for their guests. Cabin was very clean and exceptionally well kitted out. Amazing breakfast selection. Loved the wood stove and it kept us warm in winter. Surroundings are beautiful and we loved the birds visiting the cabin each morning.

A relaxing and quiet hideaway

Montville Country Cabins was the perfect secluded getaway. The cabins had all we needed, the breakfast was simple but plentiful, there was more than enough firewood for our stay, and the bed was big and comfy :)

There isn't much reception onsite, which is perfect if you're trying to escape, but there's no wifi either, which made it hard for me to do some small work things while away...

Amazing

Had such a beautiful time with my husband. The little extra treats made it so special. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly, the bbq hamper was so yummy also. Loved the birds too. Just all round an amazing getaway. We will be back definitely. Thank you for having us

Highly recommended for a romantic and relaxing weekend

It was a great breakfast and the cabin Peace was perfectly positioned for privacy and comfort, we can't wait to come back again.

It rained the hole time but we think that it was not a bad thing

Lovely location, with a cabin that felt roomy and comfortable.

The location and the quiet secluded feel of the cabin were exactly what we were looking for. The birdlife, friendly, cheeky kookaburras were an absolute delight, as were the views from the spacious verandah.

No air conditioner in the main living areas downstairs. Checkout time of 10.00 am made it all feel a little rushed on our final day. We stayed five nights and paid a premium holiday rate, I think a few minutes extra grace upon departure wasn't too much to ask. I understand that there are a few cabins to clean for the next guests' arrivals but you can't clean them all at once, a little leeway rather than a curt "No" would have made a better impression.

Exceptional

Our cottage was beautifully appointed, clean & private, with great attention to detail & a stunning view of the lake. Ample breakfast provisions, cooking equipment & bathroom supplies. The bed was soooo comfortable & what a view from the bedroom! We loved sitting on the deck talking to the local kookaburras, magpies & other birds. Lovely hosts ensured we wanted for nothing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to all 🙂

I highly recommend Montville Country Cabins.

The breakfast supplies were fantastic and plentiful, the view was amazing and the feathered visitors were quite a laugh.

The only complaint I have is that I didn't book a longer stay.

Secluded getaway. Beautiful peaceful surroundings. Facilities in accommodation excellent.

Gardener mowing 2 days in a row. I know the property is large and the grounds need attention but noise from mower both days of our stay was unfortunate. Possibly mowing every 2nd day may be better.

The seclusion, log fire, hot spa, breakfast hamper the warm greeting on arrival and the wild life.

The distance from the reception as it was mostly up hill. This was only a problem for me but would not be for others.

Beautiful and peaceful

We were very happy with our cabin Harmony, it was private and quiet, with a spa looking out into the rainforest. The little fireplace and kitchen kept us warm and comfortable during our stay. The property is beautiful with a nice damn and nicely manicured gardens, perfect for a walk around. Can't wait to come back!
