Localização e atendimento dos funcionarios

Não tinha água quente para o banho, não tinha papel higiênico, o box do chuveiro imundo (tinha mais cabelo lá do que na cabeça de alguns), não tinha tomada individual, o quarto parecia campo de guerra com coisas espalhadas por todo o lado. Em 2 meses e meio viajando pela Europa acredito ter sido o pior hostel que fiquei

Bellissima esperienza

Posizione ottimale, si trova praticamente sulla Rambla e vicino alla metro, le camere pulite e letti molto confortevoli. Il personale gentile, disponibile ed educato.

Non c è un armadietto o anche solo un appoggio per posare i vestito

Much better than the reviews!

It was much better than the reviews. The bedrooms were clean and comfty and the shared bathrooms were kept clean., the staff were all lovely!

It was a shame that there was not free water available, its a shame for the environment to keep buying bottles of water and is not cost efficient.

no vuelvo nunca mas

lo que puedo rescatar de esta noche de alojamiento es solamente la atención que nos dio la chica que nos atendió al hacer el check in

la habitación estaba sucia, se notaba que ni siquiera la barrieron, los baños del tercer piso que nos toco, estaban asquerosos, no me atreví ni a bañarme y lo ultimo, tuvimos que pedir cobertores, que no tenían y los exigimos para no pasar frio en la noche.

La ubicación increíble y con buenos servicios cerca (metro, supermercados, etc). El desayuno batante aceptable, (zumo café y bollería, suficiente para empezar la mañana).

Algo de climatización en las habitaciones (ya que si abrías la ventana para ventilar escuchabas mucho ruído desde la cama). Más enchufes para cargar los teléfonos (por lo menos uno por cama).

Hotel trouvé apres l'annulation de notre avion. Nuit courte mais bien.

Les lits étaient confortables, les couvertures tenaient assez chaud. j'ai très bien dormi. C'est bien aussi d'avoir une prise et une lampe au niveau de chaque lit, même les supperposés. L'accès de l'hotel avec l'accueil disponible 24h/24. La personne a l'accueil très sympa.

pas de protection entre la douche et les toilettes. L'hotel était en travaux, les passages dans les coloirs n'étaient pas très rassurant. J'ai des amies qui ont trouvé que leur couverture puait, cela n'a aps été mon cas.

Die Lage ist sehr optimal, allerdings in einem Zimmer mit 8 Betten nur eine Steckdose zu haben sehe ich zum ersten Mal und das was sehr unangenehm

Nos alojamos 3 noches con mis esposo, mi hija y 3 amigos para conocer Barcelona , el sitio está ubicado adecuadamente ce

Queda muy cerca a las Ramblas donde hay mucho comercio , la atención del personal es muy buena también, son amables y nos ayudaron a pedir el taxi el día que salimos.

El ruido en las noches es increíble, el muro que separa las habitaciones parece que no existiera porque se escucha claro la voz de otras personas, como el sitio aloja estudiantes hacían mucho escándalo al llegar. Al usar la ducha se salía toda el agua.

Terrible stay

Good location

BE AWARE !!!!The shower is terrible. It’s a 3 seconds shower. The water won’t run unless you hold the water handle. So it leaves you w just one hand to wash yourself. And they want to charge you $5 for towels. What a joke I couldn’t believe it. I think showers in jail are better.

The location was very good to access different points of attraction.

The fans in the room were working for name sake. I couldn’t sleep properly for two days because of the hot. Most of the people were sleeping on the sofa in the reception that is not good to see.

The employees were very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help one.

the beds were very loud everytime you moved, even an inch. They were also uncomfortable and I was missing a bed cover upon arriving in the room. The bathroom was also very dirty, with food waste found in the bathroom bin. Overall it was very dirty and due to the location also very loud at night. Not that this is the locations fault, but due to the temperatures in the middle of July it would of been great to have AC or a Fan, as it was very difficult to sleep in those temperatures.

I stayed one day, the location is perfect, stuff very lovely, for one night is ok, but for long time no.

The stuff and location is good, the other things noo, don’t have high expectations.

In my room nothing was working, the door was hardly closing, the toilet door was broken, the air conditioner was not working, there was no even a basket for the trash….

Location was right on the spot! Staff was quite friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with girls, for the first time, and it was quite pleasant.

The bathroom was not super clean. Air condition was not working, so the balcony door was always opened.

Look somewhere else...

Location was not bad.

No hot water. Very unclean and didn't seem like there was good maintenance. Door slams very often. No sound regulation to respect others stays. Generally unpleasant . They seem to have the mind that you get what you pay for... (Don't go here)
