Very good

room and bathroom are spacious, bed was comfy with enough layers to keep you warm at night, staff is really friendly and helpful, breakfast at their cafe next door, where you have several options to choose from, good location

bed seemed very old, like the base was about to collapse at some points (but still comfy), hot water in the shower, but only with low water pressure, wifi not always very steady

Exceptional

This hotel is super clean. And I mean it fully. No bugs or cockroaches. Just a level of clean that can make a cleanliness snob, like me, dance.

Good

The staff was very kind and helpful, although they don't speak any English. The location has access to supermarkets and restaurants. The room was quite large, clean and the bed was comfortable.

I booked a double room, they charge extra for visitors. I don't appreciate this. The price can be a bit lower since the neighborhood is not the cutest and safest. They give vouchers for breakfast, which is very cheap. It can include a juice also.

My home in Bogota!

The staff are helpful, charming and lovely. The location is great. Everything you need is close by. Cafes and bakeries are everywhere. Right near the Plaza Lourdes. Amazing value for money. I always stay there when in Bogota. Love the hotel.

You don’t get what you book. We booked a three bed apartment and the only room they could offer was a windowless mini room wich smelled bad even if there where plenty of other rooms available at the website. The staff was super unfriendly. Very disappointing…

good for a night or two

location is good with everything you need. quite place. wifi was good. staff were little girls don’t speak English but never a problem for me.

i stayed on 4th floor , no elevator . smell little bit of mold. no hot water always restaurant is in separate building

It was very clean

The room was a lot smaller than on the pictures and it was very noisy. There was no easy way to close the windows either, but even if they would have closed the noise from the neighbors/downstairs would still have been heard. Moreover the WiFi was very slow.
