Beautiful sea view which encompasses the whole of Filey Bay.
Blackout blinds in the bedrooms would have improved things perhaps.

The views are just amazing , no need for a TV when you have those views.
Excellent cleanliness, the most comfortable beds and beautiful linen.
We slept so well , I can't recommend this apartment enough.
The heating system was great, lovley to come home to after a wet and windy day .
I have always loved Filey , even more so now we have found this place .
We will definitely return !!!

This was our fourth time at the apartment. The view of the bay and proximity to the beach does it for us!
The steep walk up to the town! Other than that there is nothing to dislike.

We picked this property mainly for its location but also because of the positive reviews. All local amenities are within a few minutes walk, with the beach being across the road. On arrival we easily found the property which was very clean and well equipped.
Nothing to complain about, but a couple of “even better ifs”. The chords for the blinds were too short. I could just reach two out of three in the living room, but couldn’t reach the third without standing on something which made opening or closing a pain. the one in the rear bedroom did not work and was stuck partially open.

Had to reach for everything even stand on chairs to open/close bllnds. Short of shelves in bedrooms,or cuboards too high. L

The blinds in the front bedroom and one of them on the right in the lounge didn’t work properly so didn’t dare touch them .
