We had the best stay at Robert‘s B&B. The room as well as the bathroom are clean, there is a big pool area and all the staff is kind and helpful. When we arrived, Robert showed us around and handed us a map of Mondello where he marked all the best spots to eat and where to go to the beach. Gabriella prepared delicious breakfast in the mornings and even drove us to the airport on our last day. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the B&B.

Perfect reception at the day of check in. Host greeted us at gate. Walk through the whole property and facilities. Friendly chat with a coffee on the beautiful terrace at hotel. Tips and recomondations on what to do. Perfect with bikes to and from Mondello Beach. Lovely breakfast area in the morning. Beautiful and clean rooms. Hope that we will get the possibility to visit Mondello again. Best from Norway.

Beautiful property, everything was spotless and perfect! The pool was amazing. Rooms were very spacious and had everything you could neeed! Nothing was too big of an ask and we felt right at home from the get go! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Gabriella and Robert were really nice hosts and were very helpful and happy to help us in any way.
Parking was safe as the road beside the B&B is a no through road which gave us peace of mind.
Location to the beach was a bit too far to walk for us when it’s hot but perhaps would be ok for younger people than us. We had a problem with the mosquitoes but the owners provided us with mosquito repellent and we also brought some with us.

Such a wonderful location for a peaceful break!
Robert and the Gabriella’s were amazing hosts and made my time at Mondello Resort very relaxing. Robert even organised my taxi to and from the airport and made a dinner reservation for me at a local Sicilian restaurant with live music which was a highlight!
The pool area and surrounding gardens are well looked after and a great place to chill out in the sun.
The room I stayed in was large and spacious with a beautiful bathroom.
The breakfast was a lovely start to each day, sitting outside listening to the birds.
I used the bikes to explore Mondello which I really enjoyed.
Overall I had an amazing time!
Everything was wonderful, but the only improvement for my stay would be a comfier bed as it was very very firm.

it has swimming pool and bikes to go around on beaches. the owner Robert and Gabriella family is very hospitable. they personally help with many issues such as food preferences and help locate vegetarian restaurants. great recommendations by him. rooms are spacious and carefully designed. Breakfast was fantastic with lot of cakes and breads

This is the place to stay if you wish to have a chilled and looked after holiday. We booked two rooms for our family trip and the facility were exactly as per the pictures. The staff is frendly and care you have good moments there, Robert was very helpful and went above and beyond.
Rooms were good sizes and spot clean. The property has a well maintained green area and generous size swimming pool which was open to access also in late October. The property sits on quite road were parking is possible. A deserved mention also for the breakfast, both savoury and sweet options with fresh baked croissants, cakes and local food.

Quiet location but still close to everything. Very welcoming and friendly staff make for a great stay. Lots of helpful information of where to go and happy to book restaurants when needed. The pool was very refreshing, clean and private. The room was very spacious and modern. We had a car and parking was not a problem at all. Robert is an excellent host. Nothing was too much trouble we will be back.

Really fab villa in good location, 10 minutes walk from the beach.
The property: great air conditioning, well appointed rooms, lovely high ceilings, spacious, lovely bathrooms, fabulous big balcony with amazing views through the trees to the hills and mountains.
The food: fabulous breakfasts served by the marvellous Gloria (who helped us choose a restaurant each night and booked us tables), pistachio croissants - best ever. Homemade cakes each day, fresh fruit, cheese and meats, pastries, toast etc. One of our daughters is gluten free and they provided a basket of GF products every day which was brilliant. We discovered an app (Glovo) like Justeat so could get lunches delivered to the property for days when we were around the pool.
The pool: huge pool, with lots of loungers and a lovely outdoor kitchen with honesty bar. Beautiful gardens with lush trees and flowers - really pretty.
The owner Robert really made our stay fantastic, we had read previous reviews and this was what made us book the place. We were not disappointed, he is the most helpful and fun guy, lots of funny stories, booked us tables and taxis and gave great advice on what to see/do in Palermo. Have genuinely never experienced such hospitality and such a warm welcome anywhere else.

Wow, wow and wow! If you are looking for a quiet oasis in the heart of Mondello — look no further! The facilities offered by B&B Mondello Resort and its incredibly welcoming host, Robert are second to none.
To be honest, the photos don’t even do justice to this place, it’s much better than we expected. Everything super fresh, brand new and well taken care of.
Not too far from the maddening crowds but still right in the pulsing heart of everything, this place really has it all. Extremely comfortable beds, lavish breakfast with local delicacies and… wait for it… a heavenly tropical garden with a refreshing pool where you can relax all day if you don’t feel like spending any energy on anything.
Everything was incredibly clean and the staff was there for us the whole time if we needed them. We just had to say the word and they sorted out everything we needed. And more! Such a friendly bunch and genuine hospitality.
Hope to be back to Sicily and Mondello (clearest water and sand I’ve seen in my life!), and I wouldn’t hesitate to live here again. You shouldn’t either!

Accommodation great and well maintained. Modern and fresh interior and great private garden and pool with added bonus of outside kitchen. Host really helpful and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about the area and available to support any queries if needed.
The town of Mondello was a big disappointment. The streets were unkept and poorly maintained and over grown. There was a lot of litter. I would describe it as faded from its previous grand status (50 years ago).

The staff and facilities were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Robert was very friendly and welcoming, and Gloria, who organised breakfast, most days, was a treasure. Gloria welcomed us the first day and was able to recommend places to eat and show us Mondello's facilities on the map. There are so many lovely aspects to this hotel that we didn't even discover some until the last day.

The property has a great location and is very close to the beach and restaurants. Robert is probably the best host I had, he provided detailed map with places one can visit end enjoy. Our room was spacious and clean and had all necessary facilities. Swimming pool is very spacious. The staff was very supportive. Moreover, breakfast was exceptionally good, you can enjoy it while sitting on the terrace. I would highly recommend this place!

Everybody was extremely welcoming, from the owner to the staff they did everything to make our stay great. The pool is an amazing area, an oasis close to the sea. If you want to go to the beach it is 5-10 mins away as is the main square with all restaurants.
