Pésimo servicio.

La vista a la catedral

Las toallas parecían trapeadores super sucios y percutidos. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, abajo del hotel hay un comercio que vende cosas fritas, toda la habitación apestaba a eso. Se lo hice saber a una recepcionista, se molestó pero no hizo nada.

Buena atención del personal, el desayuno era bueno

Tienes que caminar por una zona llena de indigentes dormidos en los portales para llegar ahí, son fácil 150 metros, llegas y no hay nadie en la puerta que te explique que la recepción es en el segundo piso, hasta que un policía nos dijo entramos. Las ventanas no son contra ruido y cada media hora suenan las campanadas de las iglesias, a las 5:30 AM mucho ruido y no se puede descansar.

el elevador fallaba mucho la atencion de una de las recepcionistas un poco grosera las instalaciones para conectar a cargar los celulares no servian solo una que era la del baño y yo pedi una habitacion con balcon y solo me dieron con ventana pero sin poder abrirla

Excelente relación calidad-precio

Todo el personal es muy atento, siempre accesible y amable. La habitación y el hotel siempre limpios, las camas muy cómodas. Excelente ubicación hay muchas actividades cerca aparte el personal te recomienda lugares donde ir y comer. También si necesitas transporte te facilitan a alguien de confianza, en nuestro caso nuestro vuelo salía en la madrugada y nos apoyaron solicitando desde el día anterior una unidad de transporte y llego a la hora solicitada.

Cuarto pequeño y en el área de regadera el agua no se iba rápido y se estancaba, lo mismo en el lavabo. La comida del desayuno no tenía sabor, el cereal sabía como si fuera de a granel, la salsa de los chilaquiles sabía de lata. Mejor terminamos desayunando fuera los demás días.

If all you care about is the view stay here, but if you don’t want to be hot while your entire stay then don’t bother

The location and the view were good.

It’s an outdated building, the ac did not cool the place whatsoever, the towels in the room are falling apart, the elevator would shut almost immediately.. We did not even bother with the breakfast there.

Las habitaciones fueron algo pequeñas y las almohadas muy delgadas, tuvimos que pedir más almohadas. El desayuno buffet debería haber más variedad, ya que solo había de platos fuertes huevos revueltos y chilaquiles.

Great location, but very low-cost facility

This is a perfect location for your stay in Guadalajara, in the middle of everything. Make sure to pay to upgrade to a room on the 6th floor, ideally 617 to 621 with a beautiful balcony overseeing the Cathedral, it's worth every penny

The hotel is truly low-cost (and doesn't deserve 3 stars) with an unpleasant breakfast room, smelly bathrooms, many small deficiencies, and lots of young people with the respective noise in the hallways till early in the morning,

The location is great, the facilities, not so much.

Location was very nice…and AC worked.

The hotel takes minimalism to a new “low.” There is no room for any unpacking. The room contains a bed, a plastic chair, and some minimal shelves. The bed was horrible. It was uncomfortable, had a broken frame, and movement transfer was reminiscent of an earthquake. The view was spectacular, however the noise from construction, motorcycles racing through the square, and random people yelling, singing, etc., made it difficult to sleep. Our room wasn’t all that clean, and the hotel itself is pretty rundown for what you pay for.

We did not like the queen bed because I requested a king size bed. Also that there weren't extra towels.

The location of the hotel is great, but management needs to pay some attention to details to raise your guest rating. Front desk staff was somewhat helpful, they could of offered guidance to new guest coming to town.

Booked Superior Queen w/balcony. v Room lacked some real easy amenities like Kleenex/Tissues, Hangars (none where in the room/little closet, only 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth (we where 2 persons) also the towels where much used and laundered as the ends started to Frey. Only 2 Pillows on the bed which where very thin like pancakes. **** URGENT ATTENTION*** Also the Smoke Detector was missing from the wall.. Room 306 Siegfried Brunnacker

Great location, in front of the Catedral, steps from restaurants, amenities, tours and shopping if you do not rent a car this may be one of your best options.

Even the parking lot was not at the property, for us it was not a problem
