Für Kurztrip geeignet. 3. SA

Lage ist sehr gut, Appartement recht groß. Extra WC ist prima

Den Balkon kann man wg der Lautstärke des Bachs eigentlich nicht nutzen. Das Fenster im hinteren Schlafzimmer kann man deshalb auch nicht öffnen. Was im Sommer sicher mehr als unangenehm ist.

Es waren zwei wunderschöne Tage! Uns hat es an nichts gefällt und wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Die Zimmer sind schön aufgeteilt. Es war sauber und alles was man braucht vorhanden. Kaffepads sind vorhanden Gute Lage Bequeme Betten . Kinder lieben die Sitzschaukel in einem Zimmer . Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht.( Alle vorhergegangenen Kritikpunkte in den Bewertungen sind behoben) Der nette Reinigungsmann hat uns beim Koffer tragen geholfen.

Der Bach ist zwar laut, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Klospülung hat wenig Power . Wir haben angefragt ob wir früher anreisen können. Es wurde gesagt wir werden informiert. Leider war das nicht der Fall. Obwohl die Wohnung fertig war.

Nice apartment, good location, close to restaurants and shops.

Very comfortable apartment. Well located and nicely furnished.

Firm beds, which were not a problem for us. Stairs to climb, which we did not anticipate. No onsite parking, however pay parking lot was just 10 min walk away. All in all, everything was quite good.

Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht. Durch das Treppensteigen wurden die angefutterten Kalorien sofort wieder verbrannt 😊

Central und trotzdem ruhig, obwohl direkt der Bach am Haus vorbei rauscht.

3. Etage ohne Aufzug. Sehr mühselig da Altbau mit hohen Decken. In der Küche war die Heizung defekt, der Regler lag im Küchenschrank. Es gab nur 2 Tassen und 2 Glühweintassen. Im Gäste WC ist der Toilettensitz wackelig.

Wir hatten 3 Nächte gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden! Jederzeit wieder.

Alles super: sauber, central, kleine Schlafzimmer aber gute breite Betten, 15 Min zum Bahnhof zu Fuß. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältniss. Wir waren zu Dritt, aber auch wenn man sich zu Viert "separieren" möchte, könnte der Vierte auf dem Sofa schlafen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Nettes Café direkt gegenüber. Kaffeepads für die Senseomaschine stehen ausreichend zur verfügung, Salz,Zucker, Lappen und Putzmittel sind auch vorhanden.

Ein Schlafzimmer liegt zum Gewerbekanal hin (nicht die Dreisam), ob nun wg des vielen Regens im November, jedenfalls rauschte das Flüsschen mit gehöriger Lautstärke "am Bett vorbei", bei geschlossenem Fenster aber völlig ok. Die Toilette liegt im kleinen Duschbad, das mag stören, wenn die Wohnung voll belegt ist.

Funktionale Altbauwohnung in toller Lage für Kurzurlaube.

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist perfekt, zentral und im Oktober auch ruhig. Das Wohn-Esszimmer ist sehr gemütlich und wie die anderen Räume auch modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Geräte vorhanden, lediglich ein Korkenzieher fehlte. Der Zugang zum Haus war unkompliziert über eine Schlüsselbox an der Eingangstüre.

Der Ausblick aus Küche, Bad und dem einen der drei Schlafräume geht in einen nicht sehr ansprechenden Hinterhof. An zwei von vier Tagen rauschte hier ein Bach in ziemlicher Lautstärke. Die Toilette ist Teil des kleinen Badezimmers, was mit mehr als 4 Personen eventuell anstrengend ist. Ein paar mehr Ablagen in Bad und Schlafräumen wären schön.

Tolle, renovierte Altbauwohnung in bester Lage!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, Altstadt, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Trotz bester Lage in Fussgängerzone und direkter Innenstadt angenehm ruhig. Super bequeme Betten. Der in den Bewertungen manchmal kritisierte Bach im Hinterhof hat uns beim Schlafen nicht gestört. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was es braucht. Wir waren sehr wohl in der Wohnung!

Das Bad war für uns (3 Personen) gut, für 6 Personen braucht es aber Organisation und der Spiegel hängt auf Kindersichthöhe. Vorschlag: Ein Abriss-Stadtplan (analog wie in einigen Hotels) wäre noch was und dazu etwas zum Schreiben.

Loved staying at the apartment and would stay there again!

The location was fabulous! Right in the old city. We loved having the Hausbrau Feierling was just up the street, and a short walk to Castle Hill or the Munster. The apartment had plenty of space. Loved having 2 keys too.

Would have been perfect if the outdoor space had a better view.

Fantastic location - easy to access. Bedrooms good size

Only one toilet for 8 people. The property would suit 6 people better as the sofa bed in the lounge was not in a big room.

Great location in old party of town. Lovely facilities and views. Clean, comfortable, spacious.

No parking included, but several parking garages were close by. No cooking ingredients in the kitchen. It would have been helpful to have things like oil and spices included, that you don't want to buy for a short stay.

Perfect location, perfect for families

The apartment is really nice, with multiple bedrooms and a nice living room and a large dinner table we used to play board games on. It was clean and quite nice. The kitchen is basic but you probably don't need more than that. The shower/restroom was clean although a bit old. The location is superb, right in the old town and few minutes away from many of the notable places in Freiburg. There is a huge selection of coffee shops, restaurants or nice shops all around and very close by. There is a stream/river running behind the apartment and there is a constant sound of rushing water (like heavy rain), I found it very relaxing but maybe others will not.

Not much not to like here but some thing worth improving or noting. The front door was very hard to lock, to a point where we were afraid the key will break when locking/unlocking. There is no elevator so we needed to carry the suitcases up the stares. I'm not sure if the street is accessible with a car or is it allowed there even just to drop the suitcases off. We parked at a nearby parking lot (400m away) and walked to the apartment. As mentioned already, there is a stream/river running behind the apartment and there is a constant sound of rushing water (like heavy rain), I found it very relaxing but others may not find it the same. If that is the case, some bedrooms are facing the street (very quiet) and you don't hear the steam from there.

Fabulous apartment and location to visit the town. We had a great time.

Perfect location to visit the town. The apartment was amazing. The rooms are huge and the beds very comfortable. Had modern amenities and the bathroom is large and clean. We would hope to return here someday.

Fantastic location in the old city with lots of street activity during the day, but quiet at night. Apartment is nicely appointed with very comfortable beds. Very spacious and ideal for two couples or a family.

Good location, very central.

We booked a 3-bedroom appartment for 3 persons. When we arrived, we found only a double bed prepared; no sheets or towels for the 3rd person. No response to the calls or messages for hours. They only answered after we contacted booking.com, at 23.30 pm. The promised to send somebody 'in 10 minutes', this was again a false promise. The pictures show how our daughter spent the first night. On the other day, they litterally threw some bed sheets into the appartment, in a black trash bag. The also wrongly maintained that there wers some sheets in the closet. I have never seen something so irresponsible. Of course, they also refused the minimum one might expect: a partial refund.

Lovely stay and would have liked to stay longer the next time.

It was spacious and there was plenty of thought given to the design. I really like the space and the fact that it looks out into a quiet little street. Staff was very prompt with all kinds of impromptu questions and very polite in their replies.

The ice outside though it is really not the property’s problem. 🤣

This is the perfect location for anyone wishing to spend a few days enjoying this beautiful city. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, not to mention beer gardens. Loved our stay here.

Excellent apartment in lovely Freiburg.

Fabulous location. Spacious. Quiet. Warm, comfortable, well equipped and we appreciated the dishwasher tablets, wash up liquid, tea towel etc. Soap/ shampoo provided in bathroom. Freiburg map provided. All our contacts with the property manager were positive and our emails replied to promptly. Everything was excellent.

climbing 3 flights of stairs may not suit everyone - it was not a problem for us. We were in Apartment 1 which is on 3rd floor but there is another apartment (number 2) which is on first floor which might suit those with difficulty climbing many stairs.

Awesome Stay

Comfortable, clean, spacious and well-equipped! Had everything that we need for the stay. Perfection location where we were close to everything and sights. Easy to get to & from the train station with the tram. Host was very nice and help us print out our cruise documents on request. I travel a lot and it was one of the best homes away from home. wonderful value for the money. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay in a great location

A really comfortable apartment in a great central location. 3 huge and comfortable double beds and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. Instructions on how to obtain the keys were very clear and straightforward. I sent many messages to ask questions and they were all responded to very quickly. Very good value for money and would stay here again with no hesitation.

Absolutely nothing - it was all great.
