Lindo lugar pero puede mejorar

Ubicación perfecta muy céntrica, el área de la piscina muy agradable, sitio apropiado para servir el desayuno

El café no tiene buen sabor a mi gusto, el pan cuadrado es solo integral, y para los niños y algunos adultos ese pan no tiene buen gusto, los paños están algo viejos y no son apropiados para un hotel,

Lovely, clean, and friendly accommodation.

Breakfast was excellent and nice that it differed each day. Room was clean and well appointed. 5 min walk to some restaurants and about 15 to the beach - very reasonable.

Photos showed a kitchen but our room did not have one.

Everything was very good

Room was big, clean, hot shower, great breakfast, really nice staff and great location. We traveled with two kids and we all had a great time. The simplicity of the lobby/Reception doesn't do justice to the entire hotel which is absolutely awesome!

Very good

The property has a bit of personality that other properties lack. My daughter loved the bunk bed and our bed was comfy. Loved the design of the bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed talking with the family who owned the property.

The location was a bit farther away from everything than we expected which resulted in walking down muddy streets. The construction next door had people living onsite and banging began everyday at 6am with constant burning of trash that always smelled up our bathroom. Pool had a layer of oil/soap on the surface and probably needed some treatment to clean it up.

I would definitely recommend but suggest a vehicle.

Loved that it was quiet and a wonderful place to relax.

It was a bit far to walk in the heat from the centre of town.

decent property, good host but not tasteful walk from beach to property.

friendly and responsive staff/owner, different breakfast options for each of three days, pool area, beach town stay vibe once you are inside the property

though only 10-15min walk to beach and happening street but dirt roads with flying dirt, smelling open dirty water pipes/spills leading to hotel was a major let down, hotel is not cheap and this part was not expected. no wardrobe to hang cloths.

lovely family owned hotel.

we love absolutely everything, the location is great , just a block away from the main streets , very close to everything yet very quiet. the staff is amazingly helpful and nice, all guests are treated as family . the beach is just maybe 800 ft or so from the property .

there is no such thing , we really like this hotel.

Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Walkable to everything.

The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Grounds were lovely.

Outside roads, which they cannot help. Cannot tell how nice it is until you go inside.

I was very impressed with the owners Martha, Steve and Trevor

Property was a little ways off the beaten track which made for a nice quiet place- and still an easy walk for supplies, restaurants, shopping or the beach! Breakfast was included and was delicious and different every day! Safe included, fridge little kitchen everything you needed.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but one of my roommates didn’t like the stairs up to the rooms- ps. the staff are happy to help with your luggage

The highlight of the property is the pool area. It is very cute, well-decorated with bright colors, and pleasent to sit on the terrace and to swim. The breakfast was absolutely delicious; one of the best I had in Costa Rica (and for free!). The room was fine, and the semi-open attached shower a plus. The owner(s) were quite nice and welcoming.

It was not a good value for the money. The quality of the room itself was perfectly fine, but not what I would expect for the price. I have stayed in multitudes of lower-priced/budget accommodations in CR & Central America that are much nicer. I know it's Tamarindo, but still.

Nice, clean, friendly staff and awesome beds! What more could you ask for!

Breakfast was great. Big and hearty would fill any stomach. I love the layout of the whole place, had a very jungle like vibe to it. Have to mention the beds, boy if there is something that is essential to any threat stay is a comfy bed. And let me tell you, those beds are like little pieces of heaven. Also, honorable mention to the owners, so friendly and accommodating.

The location, it was kind of sketch when you roll up at night. Once you get acquainted to the place it’s no big deal but on first impression, it was a little creepy.

The staff was just awesome, they are dedicated to your hapiness. Trevor & Oswaldo are the best and they will make everything they can to make sure you have an awesome stay ! I would 100% recommend

Beautiful place, just outside the buzz of town. Still within walking distance. Very friendly people! Nice pool to cool off.

It was nice

The shower was huge. Comfy beds and spacious room with a nice kitchenette. Loved the table right in front to have breakfast. The breakfast was nice.

I wasn't expecting the stairs, we had heavy luggage and had to carry everything from the endless mud in the parking lot, if it rains it is a mess. The receptionist there offered no help and didn't even say we were going upstairs, we would've left some stuff in the car. There is no security in the paeki g lot. The shower went from boiling water to cold, no in between and there's no water pressure.

We liked it and will come back again.

Breakfast was good, freshly made and included fruit, juice, coffee, The room layout was surprising and it was spacious and clean with a fridge. The pool was good but small if all guests are there at the same time. But we did not see that and the water was cool.

I think the parking space could be improved a bit to have a solid floor to avoid the mud when it rains as you could bring that in the room in your shoes.
