The most horrible experience I gained by staying in this hotel.

The dirtiest hotel I have seen in my entire life.

Everything. The situation is worse than in a guest house. This shouldn't be called a hotel.

An old run down hotel in a rather good location

Location is good.

Rooms are not very clean. They are old and run down. One of the room lock does not work. The room attendants are very helpful, but the front desk manager was very rude.

Inroom tea amenity

WiFi password didn't work. Night spend with mosquitoes too many of them. Only one remote worked either AC or Television as only 2 pcs of battery were working 2 were drained but still placed in remote. There was no bathroom runner had to walk till bed with wet feets. Bed felt like it was barely cleaned. There were no COVD 19 precautions or measures were taken. Staffs without mask. And just because I was with a lady friend I was offered room on 6 floor. The floor seemed really fish. All over they call themselves 4 star but ain't worth it.

Staff behavior was so good

The room was not cleaned enough...there was no carpet outside washroom and the quality of the washroom was very poor!

Exceptional

The reception staff are very nice, the hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Good WiFi but breakfast was poor . I'll definitely book here again when I next visit .Thanks For Everything !
