Très bon rapport qualité prix et personnel agréable. Très bonne situation.

Personnel très agréable, grandes chambres, très propres, lit confortable. L'essentiel était disponible, mais par exemple, pas de sèche cheveu, pas de coffre fort, pas de serviette à disposition pour la piscine... (ce qui serait attendu dans un 4 étoile). Mais pour le prix, le rapport qualité/prix est tout à fait OK.

Chambres néanmoins un peu vieillottes et wifi pratiquement non opérationnel dans les chambres (mais OK au bar et lobby). Aussi, pas de carte au restaurant (??).

Vous dormez avec des caffards

L’emplacement est correct et la chambre est spacieuse

Pour un hotel 4 étoiles j’ai passé une mauvais expérience. En deux Nuits j’ai changé 4 fois de chambre. La première chambre (519) s’ouvrait sans carte, je me suis rendu compte en fin de journée, j’avais laissé mes affaires dans la chambre un manque de sécurité enorme. La Deuxième avaient des cafards!!! Oui des cafards! Je vais en parler à la réception pour un changement de chambre et ils font les surpris on m’a donc changé à une troisième chambre. La troisième chambre qu’on m’a donné il avait aussi des cafards mais et j’avais pas la vue comme j’avais payé pour, le bruit de la ville étaient dérangeant. J’ai passé la nuit et le lendemain je demandes un changement de chambre pour vue piscine, non pas pour la piscine mais pour le bruit de la ville. Je suis tombée sur la meme réceptionniste de la veille qui m’a clairement fait comprendre que je dérangeais!!! Elle m’a dit que pour changer de chambre je devais payer 110000CFA car ils n’avaient pas de disponibilité er celles qu’ils avaient était à ce prix. La femme de ménage m’a dit qu’ils avaient de la disponibilité et s’est excusée pour les cafards et m’a dit qu’ils ont désinfecté il avait une semaine mais il restait encore des bebes cafards. Moi j’ai bien insisté que je n’avais pas à payer plus car ma réservation était avec vue sur piscine. Elle ne m’a pas changé. Je suis sorti et revenu très agacée, je suis tombé sur un Monsieur réceptionniste très serviable et à l’ecoute qui m’a directement changé de chambre en 2min. Toujours avec des cafards mais plus de bruits de ville.

Good {enough} value for money, but not great

Good location. Hotel is undergoing a remodeling so it’s upgrading but a lot still needs to be done.

Many things in my room didn’t work (AC at times, lightbulbs, toilet paper hanger) many things just unresolved.

No value for money

The location was good. No mosquitoes and the AC was working well

The water in the shower was brown. The cleanliness of my room was not maintained throughout the week. My sheets were rarely changed. I had to complain first. It is not value for money at all

The service at lobby. Porc meat with bones (dangerous piece of bones) in the restaurant. No local coffee drinks...

stay away from this place

almost nothing, the pool was unusable, the lift was not operating properly ( mostly out of order), there was no warm water, so shower and bath with cold water!,hotel had a hard time accepting credit card, restaurant was mostly out of any food ! my bed had no mattress ( a box spring with a wooden board on tom and a piece fo cloth), firm yes but this was not a bed. I moved to the opposite, a mattress without the frame underneath, I threw the towel....
