Very close to Gurgaon and thus a decent weekend getaway.

As with almost all Taj hotels whether in India or abroad the staff were excellent and the service impeccable.

I can understand that the hotel is undergoing a massive renovation. But the gardens and lawns are below expectations. Not perfectly manicured as it should be. It seems the hotel is oriented to attract only off site events of the Gurgaon corporate sector. Not a family leisure destination.

Gateway Resort is ok if offered under 10k - much hyped

Well laid out, size of room and washroom good

Poor cleanliness of rooms and bed sheet was torn, complimentary adventure activities not being offered. Even for small activities like pool table or cycling, they are charging. Prices are exorbitantly high @ 18 k per night with breakfast and one major meal for couple with a kid. Approach road is not ok with pot holes. No proper shade for parking of cars and in two days stay there, the car kept under the tree was in a state which is difficult to describe. The car should be atleast be in a state it was handed over. Expected a much better experience for the amount charged.

Room and bathroom size is huge (which is great). The room and resort was clean. Staff was friendly too. There are different activities that you can enjoy like rock climbing etc.

There are better hotels / resorts at similar price. Mostly because the restaurant isn’t that great and there’s nothing else around to eat. The pool wasn’t operational when we went. So a big minus for that.

Beautiful stay and spoiled by the courteous staff

It was a beautiful construction with excellent and courteous staff. You will looked after and will have no complaints about the staff. Shout out to the Mr Kishan in the restaurant, I mean he was excellent and took good care of us throughout our stay.

there is not much to say ! I would say after the construction is completed, it will further add to the property in terms of facilities and utilities

location is nearby, staff is very friendly Food is nice, specially they serve you hot chapatis from live counter. Chef Praveen and his team are doing excellent job.

Renovations is taking its time don’t have pool and fitness Center working yet remind you it’s under renovation will be operational soon rest everything is excellent

Buffet dinner was fantastic! Shoutout to Mr Hitesh at the reception. Extremely pleasant man. Loved the complimentary upgrade he gave us. Girish in the restaurant was another amazing person that we interacted with. Would love to visit again with larger group / family.
