Super miejsce. Prawie przy samej plaży, plaża bardzo fajna. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Gorąco polecam.to miejsce. Klimatyzacja w pokoju i dodatkowy wiatrak na suficie nad łóżkiem co pomaga w dobrym wyspaniu.

Value for money- highly recommended

The property is located 1minute walk from the beach. It is beautifully clean and staff is helpful and friendly. Beds are comfortable. Airconditioned room. Breakfast was generous and scrumptious. We had a lovely stay!

Наши чудесные 8 дней в Unawatuna Beach Bungalow

Мы приехали в отель гораздо раньше заселения, то есть в 6 утра уже заявились нежданно-негаданно. Нас встретил человек, отнес чемодан на 3 этаж, показал наши апартаменты, выдал ключ, ответил на все вопросы. Надо отметить, что это Гест Хаус но очень классный. Апартаменты огромные: 2 полноценные комнаты - в одной двуспальная и односпальная кровать, в другой ещё одна двуспальная. Рассчитаны эти апартаменты на 5 человек. Есть большая гостиная с удобными диванами, столиком. Есть кухня с плитой и холодильником, раковиной (пригодился только холодильник). Душ и туалет гораздо просторнее чем в обычных отельных номерах. Короче полноценная квартира. В спальнях установлены кондиционеры и вентиляторы, в гостиной только вентилятор, его хватало даже в жару. Фен попросила внизу - мне все сразу выдали. Завтраки начинаются в 8:00. Обычно это чайник чая или кофе, прохладный вкусный сок, жареные тосты из пышного хлеба, очень вкусный хлеб, не тостовый. Масло джем, немножко фруктов (чередовали бананы, арбузы, папайя, ананасы, миксовали все время). Ну и основное блюдо это яйца - приготовят как пожелаете. Мы кушали всегда омлет, один раз попросили сделать банановые блинчики - это было нечто потрясающее!!! С кокосовой стружкой и сиропом... Мммм!!! В общем это место, куда хочется приезжать, зная, что тебя встретят как доброго друга, и проводят как самого дорогого гостя!!! Спасибо за это потрясающе душевное, теплое отношение!!! Балкон общий. Вид на море и пляж потрясающий, видели всегда закат из номера, если не были на пляже. До пляжа топать ровно 2 минуты через дорожку и кафе. Уборку делали когда мы просили раз в два дня. И пляжные полотенца меняли так же, вполне прекрасно. Качество уборки вполне устраивало. Всегда свежие банные полотенца, застеленные свежие белые простыни и наволочки. Для душа там шампунь и гель для душа, мыло для мытья рук. Но мы брали все свое. Можно дойти до любого магазина и купить что хочется чтоб было совсем как дома.

Очень высокие кровати, непривычно. Очень хорошая слышимость, спальня выходит окнами на общий балкон, где несколько гостей забалтывались до глубокой ночи. Но это некритично

Lovely hotel. Close to the beach

Great owners. Lovely room, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with hot shower. Breakfast was really good. Wi-Fi wasn’t great. Location was good. Plenty nearby. Lovely little area to sit outside your room.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel except two noisy night (the music in the neighborhood was too loud).

The staff was friendly and polite. Breakfasts were really good. There are grocery stores, fruit markets and cafes in the neighborhood. There is a source of drinking water just a few hundreds meters from the hotel. The beach is so close: it takes just 1 min to get to the ocean. Breathtaking view from the terrace!

One of the hotels nearby holds noisy parties night. The music is too loud. It is extremely loud during fridays parties. During Friday to Saturday nights, music was so loud that I could not even fall asleep, and it only stopped it at around 6am! So, one should keep it into consideration while planning their trip.

Lovely place

Everything was totally perfect. Sarath and his Brothers made our level 1 stay totally perfect. They arrange everything for us Place is very clean. Wifi is super. Very comfortable bed. Also they provide a bed cot. They provide electricity when the state is turning it off. It is very close to the beach. Lovely place. I recomend it for solo traverels also for families.

Average stay, bit overpriced

The location was excellent, just 50m from the beach. To be honest other than this, nothing else was remarkable. The staff were friendly though.

We had several issues with our stay. We had cockroaches in the room, the tap knob while opening broke off and water splashed all over me. The room was too small even for two people (we came with our child). Around the bed there was hardly any space. The AC In our room took long time to work, though it eventually worked. We had no power backup in the night (there is fuel crisis in Srilanka). other places we stayed had managed power backup well. The food was okay. Bread, butter, omelette, juice, fruits and coffee/tea. We've had better places at cheaper prices. The hosts did apologize for the issues. Initially they were a bit cold later they were okay. But we had an average experience. Overall - it was an average stay but overpriced.

The stuff is very helpful. Meet at the airport and provide everything what is needed after the long flight. Hotel located in quite area. But noise from bars appears closer to the weekends. Close to the beach, 2 minutes away. Helpful stuff.

In Weekend bar music made me use of earplugs.

good location. very close to the beach. good food

it was not clean. room had sand in it, the sink was dirty when we came in. the room was dark as it was on ground floor. the ac made noises. hardly working wifi in the room most of the time. ataff was walking around smoking

Great stay with all our family. Clean accommodation with everything we needed. We received Huge help with PCR tests and quarantine and also transport to and from airport or another places we needed. Great breakfast, amazing staff , beach very close by, We can all recommend

Exceptional

We had a nice stay at Unawatuna Beach Bungalow. Host is very nice and helpful. Room was big enough with comfy bed and wardrobe. There was a fridge and a kettle. Mosquito net was very clean. The terrace and the view on the garden are very relaxing and provides a wonderful shadow. Breakfasts were homemade, continental with local fruits, tasty. Location - close to the beach and not far away from the main and comercial streets. Highly recommended if you like quiet place.
