Dated property needs renovation

Bed was good, room is good

Food choice was not good too much masala and cost, toilet floor needs renovation. Room with EXTRA high tubs, quite a struggle going in and out without slipping.

Pleasant and comfortable

Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel was convenient. Staff was polite, efficient and helpful. The chef at Jampot restaurant deserves special mention. We ordered continental food and it was very good.

Till late night there was loud music being played with high bass.

Great stay. Loved the property

Best property in Jamshedpur till now. Comfortable and big rooms along with all the necessary items. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Easy check in and check out. No disturbance. Truly professional

Only one thing. While having breakfast, i asked for Latte Coffee but even after waiting for half an hour it was not served. Rest everything was awesome.

the WiFi wasn’t working and even after complaining multiple times, they didn’t fix it. they kept saying that they are sending the IT staff but they never did

Nice stay

Our room had a connecting door to the next room. While this may be very convenient for a family, we found it an invasion of privacy as it was not soundproof at all. Everything said in the other room could be heard on our side and similar May have been the other room’s experience. Needs thought about allotment of these rooms.

The location is very nice. Cleanliness is good.

I don't have good experience... 1.Booking was for 03 people,but additional bed was not provided. 2. I asked for changed welcome drink but the guy didn't come back...no wecome drink. 3.Cookies and fruits were provided only when asked. 4. Our trip was on the occasion of New Year,but there was no offer/ proposal for the guests (stayed in hotel) to attend the new year party. 5.on 30.12.2022, Disco was free for all. It was not intimated to the guests stayed in the hotel. Otherwise, we would have been enjoyed.. 6.At the time of reaching, maintanence work was going on at reception. We were asked to enter from elsewhere. Why the time of New Year was selected for the work.? 7.Slow attending at the reception.
