Heerlijk!

Sfeervol, comfortabele en zeer complete B&B. Barbara en haar moeder doen er alles aan het je ontzettend naar je zin te maken! Ontbijt is overweldigend.

Great hideout with a lovely welcoming host.

Huge breakfast, nice location and a very warm and helpful host. Barbara is one of a kind.

The shower was a little small, but I heard this will change.

This will be a lifelong recommendation.

The place was amazing the town is so nice and quiet and so close to so much. Nice walk to the lake for a swim. The host is amazing. She makes you feel so welcome.

Very nice place in quiet peaceful location. Nice yard where was possible to sit and relax. The host was amazing - very helpful and generous. Rich breakfast! Really enjoyed our staying here.

Homely, heartwarming, meticulous. Best host and apartment of all my solo travel journeys so far.

The breakfast was so well thought-out and packed that it became my lunch as well. An assortment of fresh traditional bread from the village bakery nearby, plus dessert (pudding, yoghurt etc.), tea, juice, and more if you request it. There were many flavours of croissant to choose from - if it's Barbara serving you she would ask you the day before which flavours you would like. It's very homely - Barbara is like a friend and when I said I wanted to cook, she gave me a jar of homemade tomato sauce. The kitchen was also well-stock with pasta, beer, milk and snacks, and it was even more equipped than my own kitchen - cutlery, coffee machine, oven, cooking utensils etc. Barbara reached out before the actual reservation to make sure I got to the B&B okay. I wasn't aware that it was really tricky to get there by public transport (Google Maps could only tell me so much in rural Italy). I messaged Barbara about having trouble getting there and she picked me up from the bus station and even gave me a car ride. The villa was quaint and people were friendly - it's a truly homely place. The apartment was massive and designed meticulously too - you have the whole living room, kitchen, master bedroom and toilet to yourself.

Not much at all. The WiFi was unfortunately unstable halfway through a work meeting but Barbara had done everything she could to optimise the WiFi given that the B&B was in a small village. The public transport was unpredictable - apparently the bus that could get us the closest to the B&B stop running at around 5pm, so keep that in mind if you'd like to get there via public transport. However, Barbara would also help arrange taxi rides that are very reasonably priced.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Immersive experience in the architecture of a small village, with really nice surroundings. Spacious, fully furnished apartment.

I had issues with my mobile data connection, but it might have been related to my specific mobile operator.

Very nice stay with great host

Breakfast was good with different varieties. Barbara even asked us what kind of things we would like for the breakfast and bought fresh things from the bakery for us. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen with kitchen tools if you would like to cook. Barbara was very helpful and friendly.

The bed was not super comfy although it was ok.

We had a really nice stay. The host is the best, very welcoming and helpful - someone who obviously enjoys their work. And the breakfast she facilitated was amazing! We liked the vibe of the town a lot, the lake is beautiful and the host has some great restaurant tips as well.

A place to feel like visiting an Italian family

An ideal place for those who like to enjoy small towns and villages and the local atmosphere. A village with a touch of history. Feeling that you have come to visit friends or relatives. We arrived late in the evening and were the only ones in the whole village who went for a late walk. There is a lake nearby where you can also swim. Barbara's homemade orange marmalade is very delicious.

Everything was very good, the apartment is very cosy and clean, the geographic situation was perfect for our trip. It is very quiet and nice area. The breakfast was very good. Thanks to Barbara for her hospitality :))) I recommend this place

Hospitality at its finest in a great characteristic location

A great apartment near the Italian lakes. Both Como and Lecco are only 15 mins away, while Lago di Pusiano, great for swimming and sunbathing, can be reached on foot in 5 mins. The apartment is in a small village, 7 minutes from the centre of Bosisio Parini. The best thing, however, is the host; Barbara is extraordinarily friendly and hospitable. She makes you feel more than welcome and offers you the most extensive breakfast (which in fact is breakfast and lunch combined) every single morning. Impossible to beat.
