Séjour dans un lieu agréable mais dont les équipements ne sont pas entretenus

La vue, l’emplacement, le lit confortable, la piscine et le calme

Il n’y avait personne au bureau d’accueil. À nôtre arrivée dans les horaires’ nous avons attendu 1h devant le portail, c’est une personne du ménage qui nous a ouvert le portail et le logement alors qu’à notre appel du camping il nous avait été répondu qu’ils arrivaient dans 5mn Ensuite pas de code Wifi, on l’a obtenu difficilement par SMS Puis le lavabo de la salle de bain était HS et ensuite pas de four micro-ondes et quand on a voulu utiliser le four thermique il a fait disjoncter tout le logement, nous avons dû le sortir de l’encastrement pour le débrancher. Une ampoule au plafond dans le salon et une autre au dessus du lit étaient HS. Nous n’avons vu personne pendant les 2 jours sur place. En résumé un manque d’entretien et un personne absent

Very friendly staff, beautiful view with a nice lake by its side. Near lots of attractions and restaurants. Strongly recommend it

Convenient location. No neighbors, it is very quiet. Nice house.

Complete lack of service. No coffee, although promised. No normal refrigerator. If you are 4-5 people, it is a problem. No instructions on how to turn on the gas, where to throw out the trash, How to get some other stuff, sometimes no water. There is no front desk. Always have to call and look for help No wifi. Keep this in mind!

Everything was fine. Would stay there again

This was simple, practical accommodation that was exactly what I needed. You just get a bedroom with TV and wi-fi and private shower room. There are no catering facilities but I wasn't expecting that and there are cafes nearby so it was all fine.

I wasn't sure where to go when I arrived and the man in the office marked "reception" was about to leave. He called the chalet lady and she appeared promptly, so that was good. I am not sure what I would have done if I had arrived ten minutes later when the office was closed. Maybe more signage or information on what to do on arrival would be helpful.
