Superb

Excellent location, staff friendliness, quiet pool, great restaurant run by accommodation. Bus stop for the old town is right across the road. Everything you want is nearby. Highly recommended!

The most beautiful, relaxing and friendly apartment. The family could not have done more for us!

The apartment was clean, had great air con, and well equipped. The beds are the comfiest beds I have ever slept on - will be getting one like theirs at home. The apartment had everything we needed, and more!

2 nights, most of the time we spend outside on the beach

very friendly and helpful host, clean and comfortable appartment, we had fresh fruits, water and juice in the fridge, discount in a restaurant downstairs

the sea view was also a street view and it was too close to main street and night life noise, better selection of the room would be with windows to the backyard with the pool

Decent place to stay

Location was great, right along the port and a short distance between both the old town and lapad when grabbing an uber as these were very cheap in comparison to local taxis. The apartment was quite big and fully equipped, towels were available for use at the pool as were sunloungers and deck chairs. The hosts were great and available should we have needed them. The apartment sits on top of a restaurant downstairs which was very good and the staff there were fab.

We stayed for 9 nights, the booklet with information on the apartment stated there was an additional charge for cleaning of the apartment at €10 if you stayed for longer than 7 days, which we did, so we had expected that it would be cleaned/fresh bedding/clean towels however no one came, so we were disappointed with this.

Perfect family run apartment, highly recommend 🙌🏻

Absolutely loved our stay. Our hosts were in contact from the moment we booked. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was spacious and had a lovely view. Our hosts give us all the information we needed to have a great stay including what buses to get and food items that we may want to avoid. They allowed us to stay longer on our final day and stored our bags when we checked out. I had seen other posts about the room not being cleaned daily, I did not find this an issue as we kept on top of it ourselves and were told we’re to get clean towels etc if we needed them. Would highly recommend and hope to come back soon. Thank you ☺️

Good location.

Our apartment was next to the swimming pool and many people were sitting just outside our windows making noise and making it impossible for us to open them. There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, we had to keep the door closed for most of the day. The most important was that the apartment was full of giant ants since day one when we didn't have food in the apartment. We were finding ants walking on the walls, on the bed, and on our pillows.

A perfect place to spend 10 days in Dubrovnik.

This is a family owned property and the whole family are so lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Karla looked after all of our needs and she booked excursions and transfers for us thereby taking away all the hassle. The location is excellent for the old town and the main bus station and ferry terminal. The apartment is bright, spacious and clean and has everything you need. There is a lovely little pool and area for sitting out which is perfect for a sunny, lazy day. The food at the family owned restaurant downstairs was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this property!

A really lovely 3 night stay, perfect!

The studio apartment was clean, lovely furnished and in an ideal location. A market, cafes, bakeries, a pharmacy and small restaurants are all in the Gruz neighbourhood. The ferry port and bus station are nearby. The bus stop into the Old Town was just across the road in front of the apartments. The pool was great for cooling off after a hot day. Toni, Ivana and their daughter Karla are very welcoming and make sure you have everything you need.

Great stay in Dubrovnik!

Location near the Port Gruž was amazing! Very close to the restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and bus stops. The swimming pool and AC were a great help during hot days. Also, great communication with the owners!

Humidity in the room and possible noise from other renters are the only disadvantages.

Nice swimming pool for kids

We had a great couple of days here. Location was convenient, close to the port, bakery, shops, open market (with fresh fish, fruits, vegetables), to the restaurants and the bus stop (to the Old Town). The hosts provided all thay is required in the apartment. Kids loved the swimming pool!

Hospitality and constant-availability of apartment managers, vicinity of bus station, grocery stores, farmers' market and restaurant (owned by host and they even offered food delivery to your room).

Excellent location and amazing host! Super friendly and accommodating even for late check out. Amazing pool and terrace that gets the sun all day. Lovely restaurant downstairs with discount that we ate at multiple times. Very clean and big space.

+location, next to harbour Gruz, bus station is on the opposite site of the street, below the app is an restaurant, open marketplace, bakery, grocery shop, coffee shop. You reach the Old Town in 10min by bus; +app is exactly as described in app profile page; +app is very clean, you will find 2x COVID-19 masks on the table, water and juice in the fridge; +owner lives above the app, always by your side if you need help.

Excellent stay, mixture of both a city break with a beach holiday.

The apartments are family run and the family owns the restaurant on the ground floor. As it was late when we arrived, we were able to pick the keys up from the restaurant. The location of the apartment was great: close to supermarket, bars, restaurants. It was a 100 metres from the port area where you can book a boat to take you to one of the islands or a nearby beach. The apartment we had booked was very clean and comfortable.

After 11pm it was still a bit noisy outside from the cruise ships that had docked but didn't last long.
