Un appartement 3 chambres sur 2 niveaux de bon comfort

Confort, propreté, situation, calme et un accueil parfait. 3 chambres: chacune avec douche et wc. Rénovation récente et de qualité.

Host was very kind. Laundry service an added bonus. Private gate to keep area secure and quiet. The apartment was very large and extremely clean.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. Mokter's welcome and availability; the accommodation of perfect cleanliness, the little touches like tea, coffee and something for breakfast the first morning, a bottle of water. The time devoted to answering our questions and even beyond. You should certainly not hesitate to book this accommodation in the heart of the historic center and despite everything all tranquility and comfort to fully enjoy your stay in Syracuse. Thank you very much Mokter!

We enjoyed our stay in Siracusa, our place was like a little oasis in the tourist- area.

It was a very quiet & safe place despite the popular neighborhood in the historic part of town, the main attractions could easily be reached within minutes. Our host was very responsive & helpful and easy to reach, you couldn’t find a better host.

The appartment was a bit on the small side. The dining-room used as a 2nd. bedroom could benefit from a nice chair. The kitchen cupboards were hard to reach for the upper shelves.

Superb

A quiet B&B in Ortigia. Well located. Close to the bridge leading to the island of Ortigia if someone wants to walk to or from the train station for day trips. Very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The best accommodation we have ever had

Easy contact with Mokhter who was waiting for us and spent a lot of time showing us the place and giving us advice, maps etc.He made himself available for anything, any time. Very caring and helpful.the apartment appeared brand new with luxury and complete set-up, the best we have ever seen. The location is ideal with the Temple of Apollo just 3 mins walk away. Gorgeous little courtyard to ourselves. fabulous

Terrific 2 night stay in Ortigia

Spacious, well furnished apartment. Very comfortable and clean. Muktar the host is a very pleasant, helpful guy-even offered to come with me to find car parking (thankfully got lucky with free parking by the riva della posta). He was waiting for us when we arrived and oriented us with a map and gave us a lot of helpful tips for our stay. Great value for the price we paid, in an otherwise expensive Ortigia

As the building facade seems to be undergoing renovation, access is slightly confusing but the host will meet you in person when you arrive

Perfect

Location was perfect : central and calm. Confort also : Air con, beds, kitchen was convenient. It was also very clean and easy to check in/out. We were welcomed with good advices to visit the city.

A kitchen but no oil : no olive or sunflower oil so impossible to make salads.

Exceptional

Very clean and spacious apartment. It was down a quiet lane away from the noise and crowds, yet very central and close to everything. Mokter, the manager was very helpful and was happy to assist us with any issues we had.I would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect location. The apartment was very big and very clean. We were 4 and we were given an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The guy who accommodated us was super kind and very helpful.

We stayed only 1 night but we will definitely come back again!

Amazing experience

Room for improvement (no pun intended)

B&B Vittoria has spacious rooms with helpful staff and good air-conditioning.

I had a two-night stay at B&B Vittoria. My room smelled overwhelmingly of bad drainage, which I noticed on arrival. Thinking the smell would dissipate over time if I left the window open, I didn’t say anything and stayed for the night. The next morning, the smell was the first thing that hit me when I woke up. I asked if I could change to another room and was offered another room, at an increased rate. In the end, I chose to stay in the original room as I did not want to pay more, and the b&b tried to improve the conditions by adding air fresheners in the bathroom to help mask the smell. I appreciate the efforts of the staff member to improve the comfort of my stay, but I feel it was unreasonable to rent a room out in that condition in the first place, let alone ask for additional payment to change the room.

A very pleasant stay and thew host could not have been more helpful.

The B&B is right in the center of town. The host was exceptionally helpful in helping us find the B&B, showing us where we could park for free and hauling two of our bags to the B&B and back
