Overpriced for what I got

The location

Expensive for a deluxe room that has a double bed, and a view of the carpark. And doesn’t serve dinner.

Overall value for money. Relaxing and enjoyable stay.☺️

Reception staff was very courteous and welcoming. They helped me to get special bed for my kid. Thanks a lot. Breakfast was delicious and full of options.

Timings for breakfast wasn't enough, specially on weekdays (7am -9am). Limited and very tight parking space.

It’s perfect location for the hotel right on the foreshore. The staff were amazing friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely consider to staying there in the future.

The ladies were very friendly and accommodating as our tv wasn't working so they upgraded our room quickly with no extra charge.

The free continental breakfast as we had to buy our coffees.

The Smart TV is not connected to the Internet. Very easy to lock yourself out going to car parking. If you do there is no way to contact anyone.

My view was the laundry room/car park.

Twin share rooms Martin deluxe about them.

Booking a week in advance and still getting a crappy room. Coming home to a hot room cos someone's turn my air conditioner off No ventilation in the toilet

over priced with city prices and poor service but located in country area, guys wake up

location was excellent but the drinks and food were over priced for the area and having the renovations happening whilst we were there and the fact that we were placed next door to them even though the hotel was only half full was a little short sighted by the girl checking us in, shortly we could have been given a room with a little less noise than than next to the construction site. and it just wasn't worth discussing with the staff as she was not interested in listening anyway. we just wont go back there again

being placed next to the renovations when the hotel was half empty, bit stupid, we also booked a superior room and got a double bed instead of a queen size i think

very nice staff on reception. I wanted to upgrade my room for my partners birthday and it was no problem. Gave us some complimentary bar drinks as a birthday gift

the property was facing the beach and rooms were comfortable and check in was easy and our room had a balcony - we also asked if we could move to the 4th floor as was on 2nd and they did that for us :)
