Great location and hostess

Disappointing and basic at best

Location was good with free parking. It was clean. Clothes drying rack in the room.

There was an issue with the water in our room and in another room we tried. The 3rd room had water but wasn't very nice and wasn't the style of room we'd ever book - no outside windows. It made for a very frustrating evening after a long hot day of travel and overall it was very basic and lacking in character. The bed sheets were rough and cheap. Staff were noisy in the morning and as we were the only guests I can only imagine the noise with others around as there is nothing to dampen sound in the decor. A strange mechanical noise emitted every minute or so at 8am which after an unrelaxing evening was not appreciated. Coffee was terrible at the very basic breakfast provided. We were very disappointed not to have a discount provided for our experience and wish we'd been more bold in demanding one. We've stayed in many great 3 star establishments in Sicily but made an error in choosing this place.

Central location with parking

Excellent location close to city centre, free parking in front of the house.

simple and clean B&B close to city center

Basic but clean B&B, enough parking opportunities for free in front of the house, 5 Minutes by foot to the historic city center. The breakfast was a typical, homemade Italian breakfast, very sweet: one croissant and canolli for every guest, cereals, white bread, butter and soft cheese, homemade jam, apples and oranges. Apart from the coffee, nothing to complain.

The B&B is located on a narrow street between two busy streets, which you can hear early in the morning and late at night if you sleep with an open window. The WiFi does only really work on the ground floor where the breakfast room is, no connection in the rooms on the upper floors. The coffee is not really Italian coffee. Our host cooked a 1 liter pot of black coffee. You could put warm milk from the other 1 liter pot into your mug. As said before, not what you expect in Italy, more American or German coffee.

The owner was really friendly, very helpful and a wonderful cook - amazing breakfast :) Great location in a beautiful town.

Superb

A nice welcoming place with a very friendly and helpful owner. The room had everything we needed and was quiet and peaceful. We were able to park for free just outside. The breakfast was very nice with homemade products.

Very nice hotel.

Everything was great. The breakfast was very good, only too sweet for me. Some options without sugar would probably be appreciated by some other people too. The room was lovely and clean, a pillow that is thinner and softer would be preferable to me.

Room was really clean. No problem with parking. Helpful owner.

Wifi - does not work. Black towels - looks modern but... black towels are not a good idea. there are always doubts as to whether they are well washed.

Charming Noto

And again perfect location, close to everything by walk. Small, cozy, lovely place, modern and spotlessly clean room.

Breakfast could be improved a bit by adding a toaster and some cheese and salami/prosciutto options. Not everybody eats sweets only.
