Aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung in die Innenstadt.

Zimmer zum Gang hin etwas hellhörig. Das Wasser in der Dusche war nicht richtig heiß. TV ging nur aus, wenn man den Stecker gezogen hat.

Das Frühstücksangebot war absolut ausreichend, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Lachs als Angebot im Frühstück wäre toll. Dafür weniger Wurstvarianten, die aus Erfahrung eh nicht so gut angenommen werden.

The room was very large. Plenty of electric sockets available, so easy to charge stuff. Bathroom nice and clean. Overall just a comfortable place to spend the night.

A little oasis in Magdeburg

Excellent service from start to finish. The hotel has a large area of private space around it and a safe parking area. It also provides a large space for animals. The hotel is very accessible for wheelchair users and caters for all their needs. Comfortable, clean and well organised. We were welcomed into the hotel and breakfast room also with our dog. The breakfast was a buffet and abundant with cooked food, cerials, sliced meats and cheeses. The staff were on hand to help. The room was very comfortable and well heated. The room was complete with two separate beds, desk, chairs and a large wardrobe also a TV and mini bar but lacked a coffee service, a member of staff advised that guests were not willing to pay the little extra for this, what a pity. The bathroom was fully equipped for the less able guests and very roomy (quality equipped floor level shower). We ate at the restaurant that the hotel advised was part of the hotel but at a distance of 700 metres, a good distance to help digest the evening meals. We obtained a substantial discount because we were staying at the hotel. The food was excellent and the salad bar/buffet had everything in abundance and as much as you wanted. Our dog was allowed in with us and was very happy in this relaxed, very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. We hope to be able to return.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel or our overnight stay. We booked 30 minutes before arrival and found everything in order.

The hotel is nice, very quiet. They have plenty spots for free parking. Very friendly staff. There is also an awesome Greek restaurant nearby called taverna Sorbas - highly recommended

Due to roadworks the hotel was very hard to reach. We had to park somewhere else and walk quite the distance. The room itself used to be a smoking-room, this can still be smelled clearly.

Disappointing, especially in terms of service!!!

The room was clean. Accept from that nothing.

This place stoped moving forward 20 years ago. It is true that it is clean but apart from it, it is really outdated and disappointing. Breakfast was ridiculous in case you have any dietary restrictions don’t even bother ordering it. There is nothing except from bread, scrumbled eggs, sausage, cheese, some meat. Not even plain yoghurt or fresh fruit or vegetable. The service is really bad. You feel as if you are an intruder rather than a guest. It is mentioned that restaurant is available at the place but it is not- you need to walk somewhere further away. Also it has close to 100 positions in its menu, which is hardly ever the case these days. Nevertheless I cannot judge it as I decided not to eat there. No one speaks English.

Nice and clean

A reasonably price in a weird neighborhood. The bathrooms are almost squeaky clean and the beds are comfortable and smell fresh. There is a minibar fridge in the room, with hotel-level prices, and a restaurant with a Serbian-Jugoslavian theme, so if you fancy a cevapcici at nine in the evening - this is your spot!

Maybe it was the late hour (22:00-ish) or just the middle of the week but the neighborhood was a little strange, with weird people hanging around and no place to buy anything if you don't have cash. An ATM or two are available, but it's a minor inconvenience - not the fault of the hotel of course, just come prepared ;)
