Choose these apartments !

The location is great and very close to the beach, shops and taverns with friendly prices. The Apartments are large, have balconies with sea views. The host is very friendly, helpful and kind. He wants to help with everything, even drove us to airport as a friendly gesture, which was so nice

Exceptional

Excellent budget option in a quiet, shady spot that's a short walk to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Had a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony dining table. The apartments, while not modern, are fairly comfortable and clean. The host, Denis, is an affable Zakynthos native who practically treated us like royalty and was eager to share his knowledge and tips. I asked for a wine-opener one evening and was given a bottle of homemade wine. Suffice it to say that we got more than we bargained for here and hope to come back.

Comfortable apartment in a perfect location

Lovely apartments in an amazing Zakynthos location. The flat was comfortable with everything one might need for one’s stay, including snorkelling gear and an umbrella for the beach. It’s literally one minute from a beach and fun beach bar. The host, Denis, is extremely kind and helpful, and has the best recommendations for your stay. Would highly recommend. Will definitely stay here next time

Superb

The location was superb, the host was an amazing guy who spoke to us about the area and what we needed to know about it! If there was any issues we could have contacted him. If i go back to an apartment he is my first choice.

The AC needs to be fixed as it leaks water, so we had to keep it off the entire night. which wasn't an issue as we are used to the heat however any other customer would dislike heat they can't handle.

Stay at Renesis Studio

I was welcomed by Denis, the host, he made me feel at home and he provided me of all the things I needed. He told me about so many things I should have discovered and he helped me a lot! The location is great, 10 Min from cameo island where you can swim close to the Turtles. The house was nice clean and in a silent neighborhood. I totally suggest to come here!!!

Very pleasant

We felt wonderful. The building is old but gold one might say. If you look for a comfortable place to stay 50 m aprox from the beach, it is perfect (Agios sostis, which by the way is the most warm- we went there at the end of September, and with a dog) You have everything insinde, and very important, it is quiet. The manager was amazing. We enjoyed chatting with him everytime we met.

In the future i would change 2 things: -wifi conection -A/C conditioner's filter That would be it.

Everything. The place is fantastic. The owner helps us in our trip. Great place to go. Quiet place and have nices places to eat around. Place to come back for sure

On the Sea, but also in the Green

Great Location, great place in generale and serene neighbourhood, the host is just AMAZING. A sweet man who ives you lot of attentions and care. It's very close to the sea (5 min. walk)

Just the finding of the place, due likely to a mistake on GPS setting. Better call the host and let him explain to you the road

Superb stay in Agios Sostis

This accomodation is superb. The host is super friendly, wants to help with everything, even drove us to agios nikolaos this morning as a friendly gesture, which was so nice because we needed to take a boat there to kefalonia. Accomodation is almost next to agios sostis beach, 3 min walk, with nice warm water. Very clean also, spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Super man !)

great location and super host. I was in touch all the time, treated me to homemade wine, and took me to the ferry at 4.30 in the morning! We are very grateful to him for his hospitality.

Superb

The host is very friendly and kind. The location was great. The room was clean. One hundred meters from the beach, the area is very quiet. Nearby was a market and a lot of restaurants/bars.

The bathroom was very small.

Very tired place

Place close to the beach, some rooms have view. Good WiFi.

Very Very tired and outdated, need refinishing. Thus doesn’t worth the price. Can find twice cheaper place for better quality on next street.
