Weekend à SAN REMO

L'accueil de Lorenzo qui prend soin de ses hôtes. Personne chaleureuse qui parle très bien le français. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir et nous le recommanderons sans soucis.

Hyggeligt sted med fortrinlig vært.

Lorenzo var enormt hjælpsom, venlig og serviceminded. Han gav os rigtigt gode anbefalinger til sightseeing, spisesteder og strande. Vi var forsinket pga. trafik ved indcheckning, dette var han meget forstående overfor og hjalp os selvom vi ankom sent.

Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb von Sanremo in ruhiger Lage. Mit dem Navi war die Adresse sofort und einfach zu finden. Das Haus ist durch 2 Tore gesichert und per Fernbedienung zu öffnen. Das Frühstück zeichnete sich durch selbstgepressten, frischem Orangensaft besonders aus.

Peaceful oasis in the hills of Sanremo

Fantastic B&B with ever so helpful and cheery host. Host gave us lovely tips about restaurants and cycling possibilities. There was a storage for bikes too. Rooms are nice and tidy. Breakfast is good and served in a beautiful garden room or terrace, that invites you to lovely discussions with the host.

Think twice before booking

Good room, nice, but small garden. Good coffee, also served on arrival.

This property is overrated on booking.com. Access to the facility is not easy, location is out of walking distance to town, parking is tight. Arrival and registration took a lot of time, but the worst was breakfast. We were served toast bread that was re-heated in microwave: clearly, it was left over from other guests. I asked for muesli or cereal, but not available. Absolute minimum was served, no questions asked if we would like some salty options like ham or eggs. Later we discovered other guests got them. Service was very poor and not welcoming. We will definitely avoid this place in future.

The welcoming by Lorenzo (the owner) was absolutely brilliant. He was very helpful in all the information you've needed. The property was immaculately clean and spotless. The place was very quiet and restful.

Excellently hosted B&B within Sanremo.

Breakfast was personally prepared by the friendly host. Host very kindly came to the roadside to help us as we could not locate the entrance to his B&B. Secured parking was excellent but the driveway was slightly steep and narrow. Toilet was a very high standard and it was very clean (however with a strange sewage smell from the Shower place). Balcony view of the sea was good. Everything went smoothly and well (except for GPS-guided road which was very hazardous but host did warn us.)

Locating the entrance tp exact address was a nightmare (although text instructions were sent by message) and I still went up the "Hazardous narrow mountain path" which could have seriously damaged my sports-car. A suggestion would be to send a MAP picture and a GPS-Coordinates to the beginning of Via Padre Semeria and then head uphilll properly on good road. (Text is no good when we are driving from one hotel to another B&B).

Fabulous location for a relaxing holiday in the Italian Riviera

It was really good. A traditional Italian breakfast served in the garden with home made super tasty cakes, freshly squeezed orange juice, tasty coffee/capuccino. The location was also good, very close to city centre and the beach and incredibly quiet place to stay. Also loved the fact that they have aircon in the rooms, a very small amount of room so it doesn't get too busy. Loved that the room was very spacious, clean and in great conditions.

The road to get to the property is a bit narrow and steep (as you will find that in the area most of them are) so not super easy to park a big car. I would suggest to avoid 4X4 and any sort of big cars.

Great place a little out of town.

Great place, friendly and organised. Good location if you are looking to stay a bit out of town and have peace and quiet. we’ll kept place. Rooms are spacious and clean. Parking on site is good.

Superb

the location is nice, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city. Its quiet and cozy. We decided last minute to stay at a friends place for the last night and were willing to pay what we had booked, but Lorenzo even reimbursed us the last night. That was very nice!

We hat breakfast 3 days in a row and it would have been nice to have an egg or something warm for breakfast.

Very nice but quite expensive for what it was

A very varied and interesting continental style breakfast offered outside on the terrace or under cover.

The arrangements for access to the property via two locked gates was a bit tricky. On another note: comprehensive directions to some of these properties would be very useful. A postcode abroad often takes you to a district and not to a particular address.

Very nice bed and cozy bed and breakfast.

Wonderful bed and breakfast. Lorenzo the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. Also, the breakfast was excellent. The house is also very nice and welcoming.

At first, it was a bit hard to find it and we underestimated the distance to Sanremo. We took the car every time we went to the city or the beach.

Wonderful hospitality and B&B

We really enjoyed our three nights here. Lorenzo is a wonderful and helpful host. The breakfast was really excellent with fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade cakes and a great coffee. We also really appreciated the outdoor spaces and particularly the area to keep our bicycles. Also the restaurants recommended by Lorenzo were really superb as well as reasonable.

Very good

Breakfast was satisfying and tasty. Excellent coffee. The host, Lorenzo, was very accomodating. Location was a bit of a walk into town, although you could drive if preferred. But we enjoyed the scenery and the restaurant Lorenzo recommended next to the sea.

The views from the road, the owner was very nice to us, the breakfast was good (could have been a bit more diversified with hot meal too), it was clean and quiet. The WIFi was okay

The parking spot and the entrance are so high on a small street from the main street. for short stay I don't think it affects, but I couldn't stay longer term

Excellent, choose with closed eyes.

Super friendly hostess, total new rooms. Rich Breakfast with handmade pies and desserts. Excellent view of the San-Remo city. Wifi connection was stable and fast. Comfortable beds. Bicycle friendly with separate warehouse for keeping the bikes safe. Crystal clear rooms. All the building was nice decorated even the exterior gardens were full of flowers and plants, a very nice and peaceful place to have your coffee and enjoy the nature around.

Great hosts

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. Clean, comfortable room. Tasty breakfast with home made cake and fresh orange juice. The owners truly run there B&B with a heart. Always willinh to help! Always with a smile.
