The whole time I did not even get a key to my room, I had to go to the front desk so that someone can walk up with me with a screw driver to open the door. The room was not ready when I got there and had to wait. The bed had stains on it.

Tu cut it short, they overcharged for the minibar. The team managed to remove some redbulls and said my guest drank them

It was at a convenient locations and that’s about it.

Maintenance were needed throughout out the unit, bulbs were not working in the bathroom.

The staff is friendly and cooperative. They are efficient for checking in. It's a clean and quiet environment.

Elevators are too small only three people are accommodated at one time. The hotel policy that couldn't bring outdoor food is not fair.

There is nothing positive about this hotel.

This hotel is a disgrace to the name of Hilton Hotels, a disgrace to call itself an American hotel. This hotel deserves to be sued for falsifying the name Hilton as a way to attract customers. Any ibis would have been rated a 5 star compared to this slum, I would not stay here again even if it was free. The sewage backflow came up in the bathroom drain. The amount of dirt and crud all over the room/bathroom was unbelievable. There were 2 cockroaches wandering for food in corners. The bathroom was so disgusting we never showered or used the toilet seat for the few hours we stayed there. This is but the tip of the iceberg.

Dirty and slow service

Location

Very dirty facilities and extremely slow service. We had to call several times to get breakfast and when it did arrive it was the wrong order. The hygiene is very poor and I saw so many bugs crawling on the tables, bathroom and floor. The shower floor was dirty and the shower head was awful. I did not shower during my stay as it was that bad. TV did not work and the place smelt of stale cigarettes. The main reason we booked was we were told it had disabled facilities which it did not. Doorways too narrow for a wheelchair, bed too high and no walk in shower as there is a step. Unfortunately we had to stay and my mum had a fall due to not having disabled equipment installed. We booked for 2 nights but checked out the next morning. I genuinely do not like to leave bad reviews but it was appalling and the price for the standard is disgraceful.

Very Bad hotel not for family it’s was like a hira mandi

nothing good there not for family this property not for family or couple (married) yaha par call girls Ki service de jati ha gandi jaga ha ha stuff ka behave Bohat bura tha extreme and bath tub ka pani mai current araha tha ya log tu qatal kr deta hain apna customers ka was really uncomfortable 1 din ka stay tha allah maaf krai mai itna tang agaya ganda ganda log ass pass parties chal rhi fazool ha sb yaha gandi lrkiya ird girdh or breakfast ka name pr anddha paratha

Nothing to like about the property except the location. plus how come the Hotel can use 'Hilton' with their name?

Washroom are mess, beds are full with bed bugs. No value for money absolutely.
