Lovely place to stay with everything you need on your doorstep. Costas and his wife were warm and welcoming.

Location was excellent and Costas and his wife were absolutely lovely. Beautiful surroundings and very welcoming space to be in.

Needed a proper shower head instead of a hand held shower and hot water needed at the kitchen sink in order to wash dishes properly

Excellent stay with a great view

Good communication with host who welcomed us at location. Complementary water and kumquat fruits were offered to us. Teo provided a lot of information on places to see or where to eat in the area. Apartment very clean with a great view. Kitchen equiped well enough and towels and bathroom consumables were provided. Cleaning service was done once during the stay as notified at arrival. Comfortable beds and aircon in the bedrooms. Good WiFi and Netflix service was available. Nice terrace and barbacue available outside the apartment, also with a great view. Ana came to say goodby when leaving and we got a small gift which was nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your place!

The hot water was not always at good temperature or pressure in few days, but nothing to spoil our stay

Great hospitality - we've got a bottle of wine and a letter from the host. The view from the rooms was stunning! Clean and new shower, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Private parking.

There was a problem with the hot water in the shower that was fixed after a few hours. The oven caused an outage. Lots of stairs till you get to the apartment.

This is a dream come true!

The property is spacious with an amazing view of the ocean. To wake up in the morning and open the balcony door is a dream come true! You have two nice bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for yourself. The house is very clean and well decorated. The owner and his wife took care of every single detail, making it a cozy place. It is very well located. We had an amazing stay! Would definitely recommend it and would definitely come back.

The phone number provided is not the owner’s. When I arrived at the property, I called the given number and it was answered by an old lady who doesn’t speak English very well. She put us in a small bedroom, very different from the one I had booked, according to the pictures. Half an hour later, she knocks the door and says we’re in the wrong place. She passes me over her phone and this gentleman explains me we’re at Niki’s cottage, not Teo&Niki. We pack everything, leave the room and sit in the garden to wait for the gentleman to open the door of Teo & Niki property, which turns out to be only a few steps up the hill. We waited for almost TWO hours for him to arrive at the venue. This was the only downside of the whole trip. The owner and his wife are both sweethearts though. My advice is to text him in advance to arrange your arrival time, as he lives far from the property. The phone number provided by Booking.com should be updated. The shower is not very good.

It is very a beatiful place .Appartement for family downstairs is cozy and spacious. New and clean. We loved the view from balcony and garden. New owner of the appartment is very kind and helpful. It was pleasure to meet him. I definitively recommend this place.

The best view in Paleokastritsa without a doubt, two-minute walk to the closest beach. Incredible!

Met by the lovely host Kostas who picked up our bags on arrival to Paleokastritsa, five-star service. Incredible views, clean house, spacious garden with plenty of furniture, full functioning kitchen. Ideal location for hiking, swimming and road access. Sunset-facing house! After seeing the whole of Paleokastritsa, I am completely certain this is the best place to stay!

The ONLY criticism if I have to be picky is that the bedding in double-bedroom lacked double-size bedding.

Beautiful view and rude hostess

The property has a beautiful view worth a million. Nice terrace with comfortable chairs. As it’s a west side of island, it’s nice to have breakfast with a nice view in a shadow. Our appartment also has a nice patio and an outdoor shower, that’s very nice after a hot day. Location is also pretty nice, although ypu have to go a little bit for a good beach. Teo, the host, really nice, although he speaks bad English.

The appartment is old, all facilities are old. The cups, glasses are different. The shower is very small and you cannot take it without having a small lake on the floor. But these all things are not important for us, you can see it a charm. But the hostess is the worst thing pf this propety, it’s so different from all greek people we met. Her reeaction is always rude. She “forgot” to inform us about hot water. It was closed, as “the electricity is very expensive”. She asked us to turn off the boiler everytime after shower. When we were having our late lazy Sunday breakfast she decided to start a cleaning. Was walking around, throwing dirty sheets and towels. It was some kind of fun, as we felt like we were visiting angry aunt’s home. Also during our stay the aircondition was broken during a night. It was a Sunday night. And in the morning, Teo, the host, showed his concern, how to fix it. And Niki just told “nobody is working on Sunday”. The most unpleasant thing was when we asked for toilet paper. She angry answered that we shoult buy in a supermarket. It’s not about money - it’s about attitude. Maybe she is angry about covid situation, but we all suffered for that, so it’s not a reason to be rude with your guests. She even didn’t come out to say goodbye, although they lived next door (she want to start cleaning during our last breakfast and we said no). Thanks to Teo, he tried to save situation and came to wish a good flight for us.

Best view every morning and evening, picturesque cute beaches at walking distance!

View from the property to the lagoon is superb! Paleokastrica has best beaches in Corfu, and this property is just in the center of Paleokastrica.

Keep in mind that house is on a slope, so letting toddler run outside freely might be dangerous. We also missed some classical glasses for wine and a teapot, but if you like to eat outside - nevermind...

Very good

absolutely lovely surroundings, view and location. The apartments are located in the heart of the popular tourist attraction of Paleokastritsa, an area famed for its natural beauty. Despite this, it is usually very quite and peaceful. The rooms could be better for the price, however if you're willing to overlook this, this is definitely worth a look. The owners are also a rare breed. Teo is friendly and talkative, sometimes... too talkative however Niki, often has a hands off attitude to customers and can come across as a little uncaring. Overall though definitely worth considering if you know what you're getting into!"

The hosts Teo and Niki are such a nice persons! We felt really welcomed and they took good care of us, always ready to help and to talk :) The Paleokastritsa town is a real beauty and from these apartments you can see it at full. The location is good - quite close to the main beach and to selection of restaurants or supermarkets. The rooms are nicely furnished and the kitchen equipped with everything you could need. We had a very good and relaxing time and definitely come back :)

A bit noisy from the street below. But its quiet at night.
