Exceptional

It is by far of the best chalet i have ever stayed in , Greystone has combined luxury to coziness , to great location. the service is so personalized, they take care to details so much . i love it .

Everything was very good; Perfect location, staff welcoming and helpful, Clean facilities and wonderful view. Would highly recommend Greystone and will undoubtedly come again.

First-class experience with every attention to details. Everyone is welcoming and helpful. The property is overlooking the Mountain, the View is just stunning. The Rooms are spacious and comfy with every little details considered. We will be back this winter.

Lovely French house

Well situated, this chalet is the 5 stars by excellence; well being and comfort; everyone is friendly, discreet and professional; the facility is very clean, the bedroom is comfortable and well furbish. the atmosphere is relaxing and you feel like at home. Thank you all.

Nice Chalet with mountain views and great facilities. Highly recommend.

Fantastic well-located property and reasonably priced. Good sized and well-appointed rooms with balcony overlooking the mountain. Gardens areas well designed with plenty of beds throughout the day. Friendly staff. Proper gym facilities.

WiFi was a bit patchy - not a problem for us, Not the chalet's fault though.

The chalet is large enough. The sauna

The chalet was suppose to be close to the slope or the ski lift, it was clearly stated that it's at 200 m from the ski lift which is absolutely not true. We have to take the car to access the ski lift

Disappointing

Chalet is well laid out and nicely furnished.

Communication poor over Covid options and did not answer questions except by standardised answers which was unhelpful. Instructions needed to property which is very difficult to find, Bedding and linen which is tired is 59 euros pp! Read the small print. Check in and check out is a very small window and extra charges 150 euros apply if you arrive or leave outside these check in times. Be warned. Car parking only permitted outside premises as the front gate was locked when we should have been able to park in the drive. Close to lift but down a steep snow covered track. Host did not speak any English which was unhelpful. Ant infestation in kitchen not addressed. No kindling left for fire and supermarket 30 mins away. Light not working in master bedroom not fixed. Wardrobe door fixing broken not fixed. Wardrobe doors do not close properly not fixed. Curtains old and do not fit need replacing. Doors warped and generally do not fit. Deposit of 1000 euros taken and eventually refunded after 14 days!

Luxurious house, Nice Garden

This is the second year of staying at the Greystone and we find everything about the chalet as absolutely sensationnal. Friendly staff. Im in love with the fireplace. So Nice. The Rooms are well appointed. The property is ideally located. Nearby shops and restaurAnts are very convenient.

Outstanding Customer Service!

I stayed with my family and my stay was nothing short of wonderful. Extremly courteous, customer oriented. The chalet location couldn’t be any better. I would highly recommend this chalet as you get your value for money. As for myself, i know where i will be staying for my next Alps trip!

Newly renovated Chalet - High Standard

The Greystone is superb in every way. Highly recommanded, without hesitation. The high standard was Shown to us by an exceptionnal welcome by the housekeeper. Sumptuous rooms with plush fabrics, furnishings and amenities. The lady that checked us in was great, really attentive and friendly without making it seemed forced. The location is very central with stunnings views.
