My sisters and I were very disappointed with the apartment. We never enjoyed our stay in Manora.

The staff (Danny, Rose and Arnold) tried hard to fix the issues that we encountered in the (2) apartments that we were in.

1. There was always an issue of sewage and smoke smell coming into the bedrooms and in the washroom. 2. The ACs were not reliable, they were not working because they were full of dirt. 3. The water coming out of the kitchen faucet was like a drip the whole time.

Very good

Comfortable apartment with multiple rooms and beds, a bit far from Cebu city but we preferred that as we were travelling south. Staff were nice and easy to deal with

Filipino hospitality, along with the innate desire to please their guests, comes shining through.

The location was very convenient, but a little difficult to find. Google Maps certainly didn't help when they pinned the location inaccurately. The courtyard exudes a lovely ambience. We can see why many guests choose to hold their wedding receptions here. The staff members are, without exception, friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their faces.

The bathroom configuration is a little awkward. Guests have to realize that oftentimes showers in Filipino hotels are not separated by a curtain or separator from the rest of the bathroom. The sink needed to be located nearer the door so you don't have to walk across a wet floor to get to it. But this isn't a big deal.

lovely property in a very quiet and secure place owner and staff were very accommodating

there was nothing not to like great wi fi and Netflix included 😊

Disappointing

The apartment is spacious but it was not well cleaned. The utensils were not properly washed because they are still oily. The mattress has stains, too. The fan is not working well. The staffs are accommodating but I always prefer that everything is ready (e.g. utensils are clean and bathroom towels are already available) when I arrive at the property - but it wasn't the case.
