Horrible Experience, Horrible Host!

The rooms are clean and nicely arranged. The one we stay was really small, really low ceiling and not sown in any of the pictures.

We were offered room M4 that is not shown in any of the advertised pictures. The room was extremely small (around 12m² including bathroom) and with very low ceiling. As it was very cold we texted the host asking for the remote from the A/C unit his answer was: "you didn't order with A/C" (even though the room was equipped with working A/C unit but missing remote). I said ok, how cam we make worm in the room? His answer was: "come to the reception and we can resolve it with additional cost". I said I will write to booking about this and the host reply was: "maybe they will start the heating in your room". I found this behavior UNACCEPTABLE!!! On top, the pictures are showing how we found the only 2 glasses available in the room that were in some plastic bags marked "sterilizer". We had an anniversary and we had to drink our champagne from the bottle. Next morning they stopped the hot water too and I faced the host and told him that in my so many years with Booking I have never passed thru such a negative experience with any of the Booking hosts all over the World. He was apologetic and offered a discount but we still slepped in cold room and couldn't shower in the morning.

We used electric heater to warm the room and bathroom

It had hot water

The sheets were clean, but the pilot really dirty. We had to warm the room and the bathroom with and electric heater. We had just one towel for two persons. The curtains were torn in many places We asked the owner about the heat and he didn't answer our massage.

Only when we arrived the host announced us that the place is overbooked and we need to be placed elsewhere. Although the other hostel was alright, we really didn't like how the host handled the situation (he used an unfriendly tone, like it was our fault)

Cozy place near the salt mine

Perfect for a 1 night stay. Clean room, parking, nice garden. 14 km away from the salt mine. Good coffee. Water and candies in the room.

Restaurant closes at 18:00. But there is a food store nearby. Narrow road from the main street to the property.

Acceptable and clean.

Very clean room, very good mattress, helpful staff, good coffee. And cute cat :). Rather good quality for the price.

Placed somehow in the back, extremely small room and balcony, exagerate "house rules" (that weren't follow, it was noisy at night from the neighbors).

Fine for 1 night stay

Beautiful, clean room with vintage collection.

* Restaurant was close & it wasnt possible to get food. We needed to drive again to get some food. * very close to main street. We wanted quiet. In the morning you hear the noise of the construction. * host was nice but trated us like wanted to get it over with & not more. I felt that she wasnt really welcoming or wanted us there. * no curtain in the attic where we slept so we had wake up really early due to the sun. Really annoying. * No Internet connection (wifi) at all. The lady moved us a room to have a better Internet but it was for 2 min & then no Internet the entire stay. * was surprise that impossible to drink the water from the tap.

If you don't find another place to stay...

The matress was too thin, so the bed was uncomfortable and the rooms were not phonically isolated (we heard everything from the next room).

Very good

The room was clean. They have an yard were kids can play and you can organize a barbecue. Make sure you will take your cutlery and glasses because they are for an extra charge.

Restaurant is closed and a lot of noise

The breakfast was very good, the location was nice

The restaurant is closed in weekends - this is not rated on the location description - one of the reasons we picked this location was for the restaurant. On Saturday we had 2 "surprises" - 1 event organized by the owner ( he said that at 10 PM everything will be closed - it ended around 1 in the morning, music was so loud that we had to stay in the room); and 1 event from another quests, that were playing the music also loud - so it was a crazy day, lost from our perspective - The owner should not have events organized, while quests are staying in the mansion - we all want piece and quiet.... On the last day, we need to pay an extra breakfast - the reservation was made for 4 people + breakfast - it seems that only 3 breakfast were included... So, it is a nice location, quiet if you you are lucky.... We will choose another location next time!

Good location for our needs.

We've paid for a triple room but there was an third folding bed, hard to unfold and the host told us that is not their job to do it.
