It should be more English speaking staff, it was quite difficult sometimes to find the English speaking staff member. It led to misunderstanding quite often

Very comfortable place if you need to sleep well

Very quiet room, comfortable beds and a huge, warm bathroom. Nothing more needed for a short overnight stay. Quick check-in.

The hotel did not answer my question about the arrival time.

perfect hotel in every way, free parking and only short drive to cheap multi-storey parking for Leipzig

very comfortable room, inviting reception and restaurant to eat, sit and have a drink. close to railway station where multi storey park for €7, walk into town from there. free parking at the hotel. evening meal delicious and excellent buffet breakfast.

An exceptional property for the traveler looking for a stop over, having covered many miles on my motorcycle on my way to Kracow this hotel was an absolute gem for not a lot of money. Highly recommended.

Exceptional

History book hotel. Cleanly modernized but maintaining architectural authenticity. Amazing breakfast. Parking was within a secure hotel garage. Perfect location for late night wandering in the old town.

great for a short stay with limited requirements

location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful

rooms were fairly small and limited in-room facilities like free water and coffee for the price, which other hotels with similar price range offer.

Great place to stay for a visit to Goerlitz!!

Very convenient!! Easy walk to town center. Rooms very cute!

The only issue we had was the language. We do not speak German and their front desk person did not speak any English.

You won't be disappointed.

Very nice boutique-style hotel located in the pictoresque old town of Goerlitz. Tasteful interior design, spacious room, cleanliness and friendly staff. 5 minutes walk from all tourist attractions.

No info on wi-fi access. Had to use cellphone as a router. When tried to call the reception using single dial button - called the police hotline...:) But these are really minor things that did not spoil my stay.

Easy choice when in Görlitz

The room had a very modern furnish; everything was very clean and professional. It was nice to have a restaurant on site for dinner. Due to the central location, we didn't have to go far, neither to the touristic sights nor from our public parking area across the street.

Waste of time and money

Good location

The hotel was advertised with air conditioning, important on a very hot weekend. It did not have it. None of the staff followed the hotels own coronavirus precautions, nor did the staff require guests to do so. This place is a death trap. Very much overpriced for what one gets.
