Place was OK, owner/manager unhinged!

The pool was good, bungalow was comfortable, we loved the location as nice and quiet away from the touristy areas, and situated right on the beach. Handy walk to ibeach bar and easy ride to restaurants and shops. Wouldn't stay again due to the owner being an angry rude man, needs to stay away from the public! In the wrong industry!!

Owner is unhinged!!! Very angry man! Likes to hit local strays dogs and locals and their dogs, with a big stick. We received a pretty abrupt welcome, had no idea we had a booking, luckily there was a room. Seemed like an inconvenience certainly didn't feel welcomed. The room was cleaned once in 7 days, grounds needed maintenance.

Very peacefull and quiet place

Very nice beaches just in front of the hotel, if you walk 5 minutes you can find a place just under the palm tree just for yourself. If you like peace and quiet places, this place is just very good. The apartment has all you might need, Good comfortable bed and very nice host that replies very quickly if you need anything.

The apartment is for someone who has a scooter, there is not much chooice around the hotel to eat, walking distance to 7/11 is about 30 minutes. The cleaning could be better, especially bathroom. Depending on the room you get, you need to have your curtaines put on the window, otherwise neighbours can walk just in front of your window and bedroom, not much privacy.

The staff was very friendly and could speak Thai. Quiet and perfect for relaxation. The room's equipment and kitchen utensils are well-equipped. The best price in this area.

Place lovely - but customer orientation should definitely be improved!

The owner had agreed to organise transfer from airport, however the driver did not show up. My bungalow was double-booked in the second week of my stay and I agreed to move to another room and a free transfer to airport in compensation.Again on my departure day no transfer taxi showed up. I called the owner no answer. Very disappointing behaviour

Great value accommodation in a beautiful spot.

Large comfortable room with fridge and microwave. Clean swimming pool. Property right on the beach. Nice touches, like the hammocks. Had everything I needed for my two-night stay. Host very responsive by message although we didn't meet.

I can't fault the place and would like to return.

Best place in Samui for us

Jacob, the manager, is a great host. He is very helpful in: - organizing Transfer from and to the airport at normal rates, not the over-expensive airport faires - hints on where to rent a scooter (a must to reach the nice places) - he knows really good restaurants for low prices The place was perfect for us, since it is really quiet and a bit away from the touristy parts. It is directly at the beach. This is not a hotel, so there is no every day room service. The equipment of the appartment was simple but it had everything we needed.
