Heerlijke plek waar je goed wordt verzorgd!

De rust, de mooie omgeving, de vriendelijkheid van Dorothea, het ontbijt, het zwembad. Een klein paradijsje!

De tweepersoons Trulli is wat klein voor langere mensen (bed en douche)

Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay with Dorothea. She made sure we were very comfortable. Great place to relax, breakfast was fantastic and the pool area was great. All in all a great stay!

Nous avons profité de trulli typiques dans un endroit calme et magnifique

Un très bel accueil de notre hôte Dorotea qui est de très bon conseil pour les visites à réaliser et les restaurants à faire. Les appartements sont très beaux et confortables. Le lieu est très beau au milieu des oliviers. Le petit déjeuner est fait maison, tout est bon et soigné. A refaire une prochaine fois.

Die Unterkunft ist Weltklasse! Die Chefin Dorothea ist die beste Gastgeberin. Sie liest dir alle Wünsche von den Augen ab. Ist lustig, immer gut drauf und sehr aufmerksam. Diese Location kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Bellissima struttura nelle campagne di Martina Franca. Colazione abondante, tutto pulitissimo, personale gentilissimo. Posizione favorevole per visitare la regione.

Would 100% recommend and if in area would return.

I loved the pool, location and family who run the Trulli. You definitely need a car to pop to visit the local sites. It is lovely to return to the quiet oasis after visiting the tourist hot spots.

We were in room 1 which was compact and bijou, very cleverly designed in the roof of a Trulli. If we stayed again we would look to book a larger room as my husband doesn’t like sitting in the sun and there wasn’t much room for him to chill inside.

Definitely recommend: for the tranquility outside the city and outstanding service.

The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The breakfast included was complete and delicious with homemade cakes and fresh eggs. The location was central for sightseeing. The hostess, Dorothea, was delightful.

The Wifi was unstable at times due to the region but the hostess was willing to help us to reconnect.

Hidden gem of the beaten path with amazing hosts!

Reasons why Dorotea and her daughter are amazing: 1. We got in at 1:00am and they waited up for us to get us checked in. 2. We washed some of our clothes in the sink and hung them on the shower to dry. When we got back to the room, they had hung up our clothes to dry in the sun. I almost cried it was so nice. 3. We ordered something from Germany to be shipped to the hotel and it got lost. The host helped us track down and retrieve the package. 4. They conversed with us every morning at breakfast and gave us recommendations. 5. The had homemade unique cakes everyday at breakfast. 6. They had fresh meat (homemade by Dorotea's father) and cheese every day at breakfast. 7. They made us custom swan towel art in the room!! We were the worst guests and did not deserve them. BOOK THIS PLACE!!!

Everything was perfect! 10/10 would book again!!!

Traditional Italian oasis

We loved everything! Our trulli was very clean and cosy, comfy bed and delicious breakfast. Lovely pool and it was very peaceful there. Dorothea and her family made us feel very welcome. Abigail was extremely helpful providing us with many tips on things to do and see in the local area! Would come here again.

We liked everything but note that a car is essential. However, Dorothea was very helpful in organising her mother to drive us to dinner when we had no car for one night!

Brilliant stay with amazing hospitality

The hosts were fantastic, super helpful in organising taxis, recommending places to go etc The breakfast was awesome, amazing homemade food! Great location. The pool area was beautiful!

Great place. Bellissima!

This is our 2nd stay on this trip. We love it here. Dorotea and the other kind lady are welcoming and very helpful. Delicious breakfast, beautiful site and pool. 100% highly recommend. Great base to visit the area. Grazie!

Exceptional Stay!

Trulli D’Autore is a beautiful place to stay with a mix of authentic trulli design and also new design , nice garden and pool. Well located near Martina Franca and other places in the area. Cleanliness is impeccable. Have a wonderful delicious breakfast outside in a beautifully appointed garden near the pool. And what makes your stay exceptional is the host Dorotea who greets you when you arrive and is so kind with us. Also, Abigail who serves breakfast is super kind too. We are coming back next week. Exceptional

The welcome and attention we received from Doretea and her friend Abbi was brilliant. Breakfasts were great, lots to have and also their cakes to have too. We loved staying in a Trulli, very unique and kept immaculate throughout. Fantastic location. Overall though nothing could match the welcome and attention we received.

A wonderful and unexpected delightful holiday.

You are met on arrival by the wonderful Dorothia who is so personable and makes you feel like you are visiting relatives. The location of the property is in a beautiful setting with easy parking, good facilities and is close to all the wonderful sights you can visit in the region (with a hired car). It is just over an hour and a bit from the airport (depending on traffic). There is a superb restaurant nearby as well as good eating in the surrounding towns such as the picturesque Martina Franca. The breakfast is excellent (not to mention the addition of Dorothia's chirpy presence and her fountain of knowledge). This is truly a home away from home. Places to see include Lecce, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Castel del Monte, Monopli Martina Franca, Locorotundo, Ostuni to name but a few. There is lots to see in the area and it is a very underrated part of Italy.

This place is great for a weekend or five day break. The only thing is did not like was having to leave!

A perfect stay!

First and foremost, the staff is the highest point of the place: lovely, attentive and always willing to help us out. We were greeted like old friends and got great recommendations for eating out. Wonderful breakfast times allowed us to meet other guests and share knowledge of the area’s attractions. The place itself is located in a rural area not too far from Martina Franca and it is just perfectly located to move around. The room was spacious and well appointed, everything working great. The facilities are very nice and you can stroll around the ample garden and olive grove. Local cats are super friendly too! Definitely a great experience and we will return for sure! Thanks for a great time!

Warm hospitality in the heart of Puglia

The staff are soo lovely and welcoming. They’ll give you great restaurant recommendations in the local area. Dorothea gave us a lovely tour of the Trulli’s.

We stayed in the room next to the breakfast area and found it a bit noisy in the mornings.

We had a wonderful stay, we were looked after super well and I can’t wait to be back.

The property is beautiful in a rustic setting but also just a drive to the beautiful city of Martina Franca. The rooms are comfortable and super clean. But the best is the lovely staff that looked after us so well and cook a great breakfast.

The only thing I missed was a freshly squeezed orange juice, otherwise everything was perfect.

We loved our stay.

Lovely people with hearts of gold. The driveway entrance and grounds are so welcoming and the pool is perfect on a hot day. Mama makes cakes served at breakfast and they also have homemade capocollo.

Our stay was made all the more enjoyable by our hosts!!

Superb

Very relaxing. Swimming pool was lovely. Our hosts were very warm and friendly. We arrived evening and didn't want to go out again but we were able to have some cheese, ham and some family delicacies like aubergine rolls. Perfect! Breakfast outside under a roof of kiwis. Wonderful. And I loved the fridge at the pool with beers, wine and soft drinks. Just needed to note what you took.

Exceptional

The place is wonderfull and very well equipped to spend a relaxing time out. The reason I choose the place is that it is not in the middle of a city but it is within reasonable reach by car ( less than 1 hr ) from the most important places in Puglia. The host was very nice and helped us with recommandations. The breakfast in the morning was very reach in options and q-ty. I already recommended to several other friends that will visit the place.

Fabulous

We stayed four nights in a Trulli, the hostess was very kind, the breakfast is excellent with a lot of homemade cakes, fresh fruits etc... The place is quiet, the swimming pool appreciated. Tips for local food and cheese was nice.
