Very good

Nice clean and comfortable room and bathroom

A couple of mugs and kettle would be nice so you can make a hot drink.

This was an ideal stopover before a morning flight from Beziers airport and heating A1 (cold day)

Very good Boulangerie a short walk away down the same road

Difficult key arrangements as outlined above

There was microwave and fridge, but not a piece of tableware! The bed was not very convenient.

A good sized well equipped one bedroom apartment with a lovely large terrace with seating and eating areas!

Very small double bed OK for our one night but you may struggle over a longer stay!

A very relaxing 2 nights using it as a base for cycling.

The last weekend of September 2019; The host was fantastic and worked or owned the hairdressers underneath the apartment so was always available while we were there. We had hire bicycles. The host allowed them to be carried up the steps and through the apartment to the secure location of the first floor terrace where they are out of sight from the street. The location is a clean modern 1 bed apartment with double sofa bed in the living area in an airy suburb of Agde in contrast to Agde centre's narrow dark streets (which in fairness would probably be a welcome relief in July/August). WiFi was excellent. There is a lovely baker/cafe 2 minutes walk from the apartment on the corner of the same block. A massive Intermarche is 10 minutes away by bike. Sete is realistically 2 hours away by bicycle but after a tricky exit out of town, (following Google maps led us onto the entry for a slipway up to an autoroute when there is a safe gravel alternative through an underpass) there is a fantastic flat ride all the way, most of it behind the sand dunes at the back of the beach. Make sure you continue past the modern hotels and marina for another mile around the headland to see the beautiful Sete "canale" harbour and older town. Cap D'Agde beach (the west end) was 15 minutes cycle away on cycle paths alongside roads. When you reach the west end of the beach a cycle path about a mile long winding behind the beach takes you to the marina at the east end.

Nothing at all, we prefer a higher bed (we're in our fifties!) but it was perfectly usable.
