Superb

Beautiful and kind staff. They were very patient with my lack of Spanish. The hostel is stunning, the garden has many beautiful fruit trees and large open grass areas. The rooms are large and the beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in, they have everything you need.

The location was great, the staff was so kind and helpful. The room was huge for the money we paid, and everything was clean. Nice breakfast also.

Friendly, clean, value for money

The Room was large and very clean. the staff were friendly, over all would recommend just an fyi the hot tube is not standard in your room its an extra charge, but worth it after a long day of hiking and walking around.

breakfast was basic but nice only disappointment was the stale toast which is a shame as all the local bread is fantastic, but the eggs and coffee were great. Also had to pay in cash on arrival, the card machine was work, as we used it for the extra charge for the hot tub.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay in Urubamba - close to the main plaza and staff were great!

Doris was a very welcoming host and gave us an upgrade - a nice room with a jacuzzi bath tub and mini kitchen! We really enjoyed the garden and the breakfast was simple but good.

A very nice atmosphere, tasty breakfast and a nice back garden to relax in.

The bathroom could have been a bit clearer, the door did not close properly.

Great value for money in the valley.

Doris the owner is incredible, so helpful and lovely. The location is close without being too loud. Close to the market. Secure, and very comfortable rooms. (bear in mind it is in town so there is some traffic noise) shower was hot. Overall you cannot compete with the price. Also the back garden is beautiful and like an oasis for sitting and doing computer work. Wifi is great, able to stream. Breakfast provided, simple eggs and fruit, with coffee. Able to organize transportation. The town is close to other major sites, and collectivos are easy.

Nothing. Short stay, so not much time to find anything I would change. Overall will be back. Thank you again Doris.

Exceptional

Very friendly and helpful, nice big room with kitchen, good breakfast. Jacuzzi cost extra to use, but I didn't expect one and never used it. Nice view of the mountains and cosy garden.

we spent 3 night here!! room is clean and wide. Around the hotel is quiet so we could relax. it was comfortable to stay here. staff are nice and kind.thank you!

wifi doesn‘t work well... sometimes shower was cold.
