Nothing to brag about.

There’s nothing flash about the place. The bathroom needs proper ventilation. Even with the windows opened it still fogs up the whole bathroom and mirror (even when you wipe it down).

The late arrivals of other people. It caused a disruptive sleep throughout the night and early hours. Being loud and inconsiderate to their surroundings knowing people are sleeping. The receptionist wasn’t engaging either when we were checking out. If it wasn’t for the nice customer who stopped her conversation with the receptionist saying that she was just having a yack, the receptionist would have continued to ignore me. I found her rude so my overall rating is low.

Dissapointing

It was a very good shower pressure and the bed was comfy, it was expensive and they charged tax when paying by credit card etc or booking with outside company.

The bed was not made when I arrived, the owner and I made it together. The Toilet would not flush, the white coffee mugs were all stained inside and looked dirty, very musty smelling in the kitchen. no plugs next to the bed. very musty smelling in the kitchen. no plugs next to the bed. it was expensive and they charged tax when paying by credit card etc or booking with outside company.

The size of the rooms and full kitchen were really nice to have. Matilda enjoyed the playground. Other guests were considerate. For there age the units were clean and tidy.

We would like arm chairs or a couch to sit on. The chairs for the table had flat seats. Not comfortable to sit on for very long. The toilet cistern had water running all the time, turned it off to sleep. Needs a plumber. Was known about at reception when we mentioned this issue.

The room and bed were warm and comfortable. Good kitchen.

The shower was old and tired. The water from the shower head was directed towards the right and not straight. One of the worst showers I've ever had.

The staff was lovely and the spa was relaxing, kids loved the playground

The room needs to be sprayed had a few cockroaches in there, maybe it hadn't been used for awhile. Was clean but had a few cockroaches around
