Tranquila e confortável

Localização, limpeza e pessoas no local! Acesso a trilhas, piscinas naturais e praias. A aula de surf é muito legal tbm.

Hostel pertinho da praia

Hostel bem aconchegante... vários banheiros e chuveiros para não tumultuar, em frente tem parada de ônibus, próximo a trilha das piscinas naturais, pertinho da praia, mercearias, lanches, restaurantes próximos...camas com tomada e luz individual, cortinas para sua privacidade na sua cama...ar condicionado ótimo... funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos...todo ano retorno 😁

O quarto de 4 camas feminino poderia ter o locker individual embaixo da cama para guardar os pertences ,como nos quartos de 6 camas...fica um pouco tumultuado o espaço para malas no quarto...

Good

The location just in the centre of a neighborhood, right next to the beach and with easy access to some trekking trails. Very friendly staff. The thing I liked the most was the surfing classes offered by hostel.

The space was very tight, both in room and in common areas. Breakfast quite poor. The noise from the street and promenade in the night also isn't pleasant for sensitive people.

Superb

The staff was incredible friendly and the location was at a great place with best connection to the beach and directly in front of the bus station. I had a great time and would love to go back again.

the staff welcoming and friendly, activities within the hostel, beds are snug, you get a curtain to pull over for more privacy and plug. safe, like really safe. nice vibe and location to bus stop, hop skip and a jump away.

Disappointing

the staff was nice, close to the beach

i have stay in a lot of hostels and this was one of the dirtiest, the room smelled was awful, the kitchen towels to dry the plates were super nasty. The doors don’t have locks, anyone can enter. we couldn’t pay with card because the machine didn’t work and had to use our emergency cash for this

I hate it so much and uncomfortable and I want my money back

The location is only good on top of all this hustle nothing more because is 200 from the sea.

Everything the reception girl are very mean and very bad attitude with me and very happy that I gonna leave and don't extend my staying. They collect 5 rieas extra to use toilet tawle. The breakfast from 8 until 10 am 8:33 am I don't found nothing to eat . Room are very small and have 10 person's sleep in it with closed door and very small closed window bed are not clean and dont have sheets and later she give me and ask me to prepare for myself which is not my work and that's kind of service I pay for cleaning prepared bed with breakfast and coffee. Very loud and highly sound music starts at 7:30 am which the people still sleeping. In total I arrived 1:00 am after midnight and I left this very bad place at 8:45 in the morning costing me 60 rieas I paid for zero services and meaning people deal with the customer's and guess what I'm asking booking. Com fully refundable money for my payment because that's your responsibility and your recommendation and I trust booking. Com and I a member in booking. Com now for 10 years almost.
