Hotel Punta del Norte es excelente

Estuvimos 9 días de vacaciones.Todo es lindo, habitaciones, jardines,piscina,playa,clima, desayuno,comida exquisita. Excelente atención de Alejandro y su equipo, con dedicación y esmero.

Descanso familiar

La ubicación frente a la playa.

Que no hubiera bodega para poder comprar cosas dentro del recinto. El lugar es apartado y hay poca disponibilidad de agua para beber.

The Perfect Paradise in the Peruvian Beach

I absolutely loved my stay on this property. It was extremely clean safe, the staff was incredible and helpful and the food was excellent not to mention the scenery was unbelievable. The owner of this property takes complete pride in his hotel. I personally looked at other properties, and nothing compared to this hotel

Beautiful, relaxing, paradise like facilities.

This is an amazing place niched in the north coast of Peru. It’s the perfect way to enjoy this beautiful coast. The staff was simply excellent: nice, attentive, friendly, smiling. Everyone there works extremely hard for the guests to feel welcomed and well treated. They work day and night to keep the facilities tidy. The rooms are calm, clean and neat. Bathrooms are big and clean as well. The facilites are super pretty and overall extremely relaxing. The restaurant is very good with a nice selection and very tasty food. Overall, this is the perfect getaway for couples and families!

- Rut and her team are very friendly and helpful - we were happy that Rut speaks English - Andrea from the reservation team was also helpful with many questions we had before booking our stay - nice looking + very clean bungalows with a private terrace - we loved the pool area - complementary Welcome Drink + kayaking - common game area - good wifi connection within the hotel area - the hotel is located in a very quiet area, there is not much in the surrounding area - need to take a mototaxi (hotel helps you to get one)

- There were many crickets during our stay. No problem during the day but annoying when it gets dark. It's nature, no the hotels fault - food options could be a little bit more variety (we stayed 7 days)

Exceptional

All the staff are friendly, great and willing to help you out, and combine that with the fabulous location and the to die for Pisco Sours makes this place a real winner. I will recommend it to everyone.

The perfect beach vacation for people who crave peace and quiet and love nature (We would return!)

For breakfast you could have your choice of juice (from 3), coffee, tea, different kinds of breads, queso fresco, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, cold cut, scrambled eggs with or without ham or omelette. Also fruit salad. All very good quality. My favorite was the fact that the place is lush, full of vegetation, does not look like a desert beach. All the staff were exceptional. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the view was magical. The room had A/C and cable TV and even Netflix (I could log in). At first we did not know why the staff wanted to "prevent" us from leaving, then we realized that the roads in the area were sometimes flooded (it was the rainy season) and they also worried about our safety, but one day we went to Máncora in Piura state (using a cab they suggested) and realized that the prices at the restaurant on site were comparable or equal to the prices outside. One thing that was nice on that trip is that it maybe the only place in that area with a market for tourists. So, there was nothing negative I could report.

The beach was sandy, but there were rocks as soon as one entered. However the swimming pool more than made up for it and also if one wanted to swim in the ocean, they could walk on the beach til it was less rocky (not too far away).

This hotel is dreamy!

This hotel is true gem. It makes you feel like you are on a very exclusive resort. The employees are amazing! Sandra, Clara and Josef make you feel like you are the most important guest. We loved it!

Perfect short getaway property

Great place, lovely people, we appreciated the setting and the facilities, there's a variety of shared spaces to pass time watching the ocean and all the little crabs and birds on the beach, game room with darts, ping pong, etc, very relaxing and we felt very well taken care of. Breakfast has all the staples you might need and a selection of delicious fresh fruit juices every morning, the bar offers lovely cocktails, the food is good, great great staff! All needed for a lovely getaway stay! Thanks to all the staff for being so welcoming and friendly!

All was perfect! If the owner is ever looking into developing anything, the pool could use an extention (and we're only mentioning that because the ocean was a bit rough the days we were there, so we had to make use of the pool, on calm days you wouldn't even need to use the pool, the ocean is so clean and the water is warm). For the people complaining about rocks on the beach- just walk 100 m. left of the property and there's plenty of spaces without any rocks

Exceptional

A very peaceful and relaxing stay in a beautiful setting! We had a suite with a view of the water and could hear the surf at night. A very nice buffet breakfast provided daily in a pretty and open setting near the water. Evening meals were in the same restaurant with a good number of items to chose from. The staff was exceptionally attentive and provided the best service we could ask for. Thank you so much to Ruth and others. We stayed at this resort for a week after touring Peru and couldn’t have had a better place to unwind and relax. The best pisco sours of our whole trip were at Punta del Norte!

I can't imagine a better botique beach hotel

Everything was exceptional from the great service, food, beautiful beach, the suite right on the beach, it went beyond my expectations. Highly recommended and I hope I can return some day.

They obviously can't control the weather and I went in July so a rare overcast day isn't the warmest for swimming...perhaps heating for the pool or a hot tub area would be a nice addition.

A splendid experience, and one we will never forget, because our unique team made it so special.

I work within the hospitality industry in America, and can assure you, the American equivalent have much to learn from the team that looked after us during our stay. The team comprises: Rut, Malhory, July, Clarita, Michel, Darwin, Carlos the Chef and, of course ‘Bandido’ the most loving cat one could hope to encounter. Their gracious hospitality was second to none. Everything their web site claims is, in actuality, understated and, having traveled the world with many hotel experiences, I cannot recall one that holds a light to the service my fiancée, Maria and I, received at the hands of the aforementioned attending team. A glorious experience that culminated in our feeling we were fabulously looked after by friends. It is our sincere wish and intention to return, anticipating that the team will be ever-present and always seeking and striving to anticipate the needs of their guests before the guests even realize those needs themselves!

The shower water temperature fluctuated whilst taking a shower.

Amazing stay at the beach

If you are considering a holiday at the north coast of Peru, don't look further! We had the best stay at Punta del Norte bungalows. The accommodation is beautiful, the bungalows comfortable and the pool and the beach amazing. We've also seen the villages around the coast and they are not that nice. In Punta del Norte you have everything you need. There are only 10 bungalows so its very private. Also, the staff is extremely attentive and very kind. Thank you Ruby, Marjorie and all the others for giving us an amazing time! We would definitely visit again.

Everything is already nearly perfect. But if there is anything left to improve it would be the quality of the food and products used. Also, an espresso machine would be a nice improvement;)

Beautiful Beach Hotel

Just had an awesome 7 nights. Great friendly & professional staff, beautiful food in the restaurant, good selection of drinks at the bar. The beach location is the best it could be, and the hotel & grounds are kept spotlessly clean & tidy throughout the day. The attention to detail, and the thoughtfulness of staff is something you would usually expect from a much more expensive or 5 star hotel.

If anything the mini bar could have been re stocked more frequently.... but we never asked, and it wasn't a problem as drinks are always available at the main bar.

I think this hotel is the perfect place for people who want to relax.

I liked everything in this hotel. It is very well designed. There are a lot of trees. The decoration is great. The staff are exceptionnally helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed the cocktails and the fresh fruit juices. I found the constant sound of the waves very relaxing.

Amazing spot

We had the suite with sea view and the room, the view, the direct access to the beach and every single detail of the design was perfect

We had to pay extra for the towels to use for the beach/pool but they were very environmentally friendly with everything so maybe that's why. The staff was a bit distracted sometimes overall very friendly.

Nice and relaxing

Beautiful little place. Andrea was very helpful with booking and reserving taxis for us. Juliana was wonderful, she and all the staff was very friendly! The room was really nice and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We like the cocktails very much, my husband loved the algarrobinas, the pisco sour made with maracuya was really good as the piña colada that I had. The beach is very quiet. The place is a little isolated. If you want to relax this is the place to go! Before I forget we really like the breakfast that is included. They gave us a fruit salad with granola and yogurt, ham and cheese omelettes, French toast, bread, strawberry and pineapple juice, and coffee.

The pool is ok. It will be better if it’s bigger.

everything! this place is INCREDIBLE. we had amazing days and relaxed so much. the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the food is delicious and there are many things to do. I would go back anytime time!

perhaps the only thing is that it is a little far from an airport, but that’s how it is and I’m fine with that!

Lovely hotel

Thank you to all staff. They are friendly and helpful. We didn't speak Spanish well, but they tried their best to help. Our room is close by all, Beach, pool, restaurant… The garden is very pretty and cozy. We enjoyed the breakfast well. This hotel was a good choice for our family.

Very nice hotel. Located on the beach. Employees are exceptional. Food is good & reasonable priced.

Very large room. The employees are all extremely friendly and offer exceptional service. Food is delicious and reasonably priced in the only restaurant. Also has a good selection of food items. Room was clean and could smell the bleach after cleaning, so happy that I know it was sanitized. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It is a bit far from the airport. However, this obviously isn't something that they can change. But it is located on the beach.
