The perfect spot in Smithton.

The communication before arrival was excellent. We were greeted when we arrived and shown our room by Heather who could not have been more helpful. Our room was clean and warm and the views from the balcony over Duck River were beautiful. it was only a short walk into town. The provided breakfast was generous and the in room facilities had everything we needed.

It was lovely to be greeted at the property. The place was very modern and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Great view. There was everything we needed there. Loved it and would definitely return. Loved the town of Smithton.

A perfect luxurious home away from home. Beautiful studio, stunning views over the town, stunning decor, comfy bed, super rain head shower - every you could possibly need for a quiet relaxing retreat. continental breakfast supplies included - plus a pod coffee machine & a brand new smart TV. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ from us!

Definitely recommend the place however needs air conditioning and better privacy.

Size of property

Lack of privacy due to a door leading to storeroom and shared balcony. Also having to walk past other guests windows was not optimal. No air conditioning was a surprise.

beautiful views and location. The breakfast and nibble supplies were an unexpected treat and our coffee companion Thursday very enjoyable

maybe a fan to move the air on warmer days but the evening breeze and openness of the apartment was beautiful

Simply, STUNNING.

The view was amazing. The facilities were second to none. Would not hesitate to stay at Sheer Pleasure, again. Heather & David were great hosts.

A real surprise, we are glad we visited

Bonus bottle of wine was a nice touch. Great views of the ocean. The location is great for accessing other sites in the north west such as Arthur River. A very pleasant place to stay, I'd stay again.
