Comfortable and big rooms however poor management. Coffeemachines availability in the verander but no manual A car is necessary when booking the hotel. on a positive note the jaccuzi made up for it

Information was not sent to us before arrival. We had a few problems with one of the doors.Although the issue was resolved we were not provided with information on how to open the door, luckily,we had booked two rooms No information on where to get the WiFi code , and this was only provided to us after a few messages

Exceptional

This was a wonderful place to stay and Giuseppe was so helpful in so many ways Taking me to the municipal building to locate my grandparents information. And connecting us to a wonderful restaurant . It was such a positive one day stay in Vulganera. Molta Grazie, Grazie Grazie Giuseppe.

A good value for money

A good value for money. Very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful old rustic style building, which gives it a good overall vibe.

The hotel is quite hard to reach (the road is a very steep and narrow incline with sharp turns). You have to make your own breafast yourself - although you can use everythign you can find in the kitchen, I felt the lacking of more quality ingredients (for example, I was unable to find any vegetables or quality meat for my breakfast). Wi-Fi, at least in the yeard of hotel, is of quite poor quality (it was not workign near the pool).

It was Ok the stay. Brekfast you need to do it yourself. A little Hard to find. They live on the first floor. I only stay few hours. In booking i booked room with Washing machine and í had to pay 9 euros more.

Kind owner who tried to speak in English. Clean room. Free parking.

Air conditioner was unable to heat the room and although it worked all night, it was so cold in the morning that it was not possible to take a shower. I was expecting better breakfast, you can have a variety of snacks, but we wanted to eat something warm, so we made an omelette ourselves. In my opinion in winter the price should be lower.

Very good host and worth at this price.

We book 2 hours before arrival and everything was all set. Everything is prepared and unlimited food and snack was provided. It’s a real B and B. The host prepared for beers and wine with very cheap price.

The location is a little bit far from the major route.

The location is beautiful! Nice clean room, comfy bed. Nice welcoming

The pool was empty, the shower was smelly as the water probably didn’t ran trough for a while, water was hot/cold so shower wasn’t nice. The breakfast is really easy, some toast, cookie, yoghurt you can grab yourself. It’s nice but we’d probably like it better in high season.
