Bait and switch!

Location

Rude manager. Offering an inferior room to what was originally booked. When we resisted, he finally gave us the room we had originally booked after midnight even though he initially claimed that the room we had booked did not exist at the property.

Great property. Best of luck.

Great room and ambiance. I also enjoyed the peaceful time I spent in the garden late at night. Serene experience.

I reached the dining room around 10am. And most of the dishes had already ended. I requested for refills on at least 3 dishes, and had to wait.

Overall I enjoyed the stay there, staff was polite and might visit again.

The facility was clean, location very convenient and centrally located in the heart of Islamabad. Breakfast menu need some improvement otherwise it was acceptable.

In the dinner I ordered for Hot 'n Sour Soup which was not up to the mark, Fish crackers were quite oil overall quality was below average. They also need to focus on the presentation of food. Food platter was presented without fork / cutlery.

The communication with the hotel about check-in and check-out times was smooth. They accommodated my change in check-out date, for which I was very grateful. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Excellent facilities for a short stay!

The hotel staff was very helpful and accomodating. As a researcher on a week-long work visit, I was often calling for replenishing coffee supply incl mugs and water and the staff was quick in helping out there. My request for a quiet room out of the way was also accommodated. I have rebooked for next week since I had such a good experience!

I liked the overall vibe of the room. It was spacious and facilities were great. The location is good too since everything (food/coffee places + malls) are close from there.

They can add a couple more varieties to their buffet breakfast.

Location and ambiance and overall confort was great.

Needed to have iron board and switches were vere difficult to access and not functioning properly. Jacuzzi needed to be more clean and better maintained.
