Good size, expected more for the price

The furniture was old and shabby, it was pealing all over and so was one of the restrooms. For a vip cottage with a higher price it was inappropriate + staff at Aqua mundo was rude Also the kitchen wasn’t very clean

Slightly disappointed.

The cottage itself was beautiful, and its location even better. The deer were a great feature. The swimming pool was great, and it was possible to have great bike rides around the Park.

It would have been better to have a washing machine in the cottage instead of a sauna. It was not made clear that every activity would involve additional cost - even the bikes were an additional feature, however given the size of the property they should really have been included in the price. It was also shocking that access to the tennis courts was charged. We expected more sports activities, i.e. aerobics, volleyball, yoga, and no such activities were offered. We recommend having a good look at activities before booking. Also, none of the staff spoke any English, which was a big shame as it made all activities and interactions very painful. It was also almost impossible to book/get a place at any restaurant, for everything needed to be reserved in advance, expect for when it randomly wasn't. Furthermore it was very difficult to cancel/move activities, even in instances of rain or unforeseen circumstances.

Superb

A big selections of activities for all ages, swimming pools, fallow deer walking next to cottages, cottage (VIP) is very big and cozy at the same time, absence of cars, nature, tranquility

It's unfortunate that the cleanliness is not at it's best taking into the account the price of the cottage. If booking not directly through their website, the management doesn't give you the option to log in to their app to buy extra activities.
