when you first walk in there is a distinct smell of stale cigarette smoke. the room had a great layout, all facilities were there, it looked nice but it STUNK of urine and the sheets we got for the kids bed smelled disgusting too. we felt sick sitting in there, to the point where we had to leave. we did not get offered another room or an apology and safe to assume we did not get a refund either.

Do not book this place

Thr bathroom was newly renovated

We had booked and paid for 3 people, on arriving the owner handed us the sheets for the fold up couch.He made a point to inform me that he thought we were going to be 2 persons not 3. We couldnt control the temp. Of the AC. Resulting in uncomfortable sweaty nights. When we tried to have a shower the water was freezing only to be told that we have the sun and the solar panels. But somehow they turned it on for us the 1st night. I informed them that I would like the water to be hot in tge morning when I return from my jog. I was told that if there is sun there will be hot water. I told him, that there is no sun at 5am. Opened the microwave to warm my breakfast only to find a plate of rotten smelly food had been left in there All this resulted in us leaving 1 day earlier than we should have.

it was awful. It wasn’t clean at all. the service it was awful the Lady in the phone she has no idea where is the place and she didn’t know how to explain to us how to go there. Also when I finally found the place there was no one there and I call them so many times to answer . Never again.
