Gratamente sorprendido.........volveré

Quedé gratamente sorprendido por la habitación (tamaño) y la calefacción, el lugar bello, amplio y el personal muy cordial. Seguro volveré

llevábamos una botella especial para abrir con nuestros amigos, compramos algunas cosas para picotear y quisimos sentarnos en uno de los sectores cercanos al comedor, pero nos dijeron que no era posible. Nos prestaron todos los implementos requeridos copas, platos, servilletas , etc. y nos fuimos a una de las piezas a disfrutar la botella de vino

Bonito lugar, cómodo

La recepcionista que hizo check in fue muy amable y clara en servicios. Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación a una mejor y no se aplico cargo extra.

El lugar es tranquilo, grande, cómodo estacionamiento y seguro. El baño impecable recién remodelado

Las piezas antiguas, alfombras viejas, descuidado, le falta una remodelacion. El desyuno malo

Por el precio, hay mejores.

Es un hotel con instalaciones antiguas, pero con un tremendo potencial. El desayuno bueno y habitaciones amplias.

Los peor por lejos es el internet, hoy en día imperdonable no contar con internet de calidad en las habitaciones. Las habitaciones no cuentan con teléfono para hacer consultas a la recepción.

Muy recomendable, para repetirlo absolutamente.

La atención durante el proceso de check in, impecable. La habitación muy linda. En la cena la atención del restaurant también muy amable.

La reposición de los alimentos del desayuno era muy lenta. No alcancé a comer fruta y no habían lácteos. Lo demás todo bien.

la vista de mi ventana daba a un arbusto .. que tapaba el estacionamiento y en la mañana una camioneta me despertó con una enorme cantidad de humo que entro por la ventana ....

It was sufficient for a short business trip, but I was expecting much more

The hotel has a lot of character and a some corners are beautifully decorated. I loved the old phones and machinery and the wooden structure. The bed was comfortable. I loved the view from my room . The bar was good and service there was amazing.

The woman in the front desk was rude and unhelpful when we arrived. I had never been treated so coldly and with such disdain in a hotel. Dealing with her was very unpleasant. I must note that the elevator closer to our room was working well, but for some reason it was blocked with a bench (?). The bathtub smelled funny - not dirty, but smelled like a humid rag. The gym can barely be considered as such, as the equipment is very old - the weights must have been bought when the hotel was established.

A hotel without hospitality and a kitchen that could kill you

Nothing about it was worth liking after such horrendous service

- management - reception staff - customer service - disgusting food - unwillingness to ensure their customers could eat safely from their kitchen - a complete disregard to what Hospitality is meant to mean - ZERO internet in rooms - staff entered to clean room despite sign hanging on door stating not to - all rooms have a signage in the bathroom stating to hang your towels to reuse them and safe water or leave them in the tub for cleaning, all out hanging towels were taken anyway, meaning they have very little care in their own water saving policies - telephones in rooms do not work - disgusting food - blaming people for coming to their hotel with a health condition that isn’t particularly uncommon but could also be deadly if exposed (allergic to nuts and gluten) - again, the customer service and the management - manager 1: refused more than 10 times to provide me with list of ingredients - manager 2: could not even define hospitality and blamed me for not bringing my own 3 meals a day to a 3 day trip, AND, from a foreign country

It is clean, big rooms, nice bed, and the landscape… terrific!!!

In the breakfast the covid-19 protocols where very poor and was too crowded, it was a very unpleasant moment.
