The music from area! Hotel vibrations and music till 3am! Even with ear plugs you can still hear music and fill the vibrations from the music 😡

Clean, friendly and great location

One of my rooms we told them we didn’t want them to do room service and someone still went in there. And we noticed recourse they sprayed one of our sprays we had in our toiletries it was new and it was used.

Very good things and very bad things. Have to improve according to what you charge ($).

Very good location, very good breakfast, very good AC, very comfortable and clean room

Room phone malfunctioning to call front desk. No information in rooms about ice machines, fitness room location, bar operating hours, etc. I had to go from 6th floor to lobby for ice. Wanted a beer but bar was closed, Tell front desk about about lack of information in rooms and she had a defending attitude instead of listening to the customer.

Hotel it self is awesome facilities are clean and new, staffing customer service need's work. ya

The location is great close to everything, Room it self was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable.. Great that it also offered a mini fridge.

Facility itself is great, however staffing is horrible they really need to step up their game in the check in area staffing. They seem inexperienced and at times treated me with a rude tone. There is always a golden rule treat everyone the way you want to be treated.

We have been for 13 nights and then due to work we wanted to extend stay for 6 more night but the fares they given was way too high for extension and no support in price to customers
