Good value for money :)

I like the location, near the bus stop 6 and the cleanliness and responsiveness. Well equipped room. It is everything I needed since I was mostly on day tours and only using room for sleeping and making food :)

The location was a little noisy with cars passing by and the windows were a little flimsy. Sometimes when people come back late, I could also hear the noise.

Amazzzzzzing!!!

The place was absolutely adorable!!! The location was so close to bus stop 6, which is where the tour bus will you up. Location is close to everything. I loved it!!

Just perfect for an unplanned/impromptu trip to Reykjavik!

This guy is amazing! Our connecting flight to end our 23 day UK trip of a lifetime was canceled after a previous flight was canceled. It was 11pm and all hotels were booked. I booked this and then called to make sure we could get in. He answered the phone! We got our connecting information and found out we were in Reykjavik another night. We were able to stay in the same room! He made a crazy time very easy!

Nothing! Happened upon the place and it is spacious and close to downtown and shopping!

Excellent apartment for a stay in the city

This was a great location. Apartment was clean and well furnished. The hosts were very nice and communication was excellent. We will definitely be back!

The location is excellent.

The entrance is hidden behind what looks like a plywood covered broken window covered in graffiti. The apartment is much smaller than expected. One of the two windows next to the bed doesn't close, so it was quite loud all night long.The listing said street parking isn't a problem, but do to extensive construction in the area (unknown to us), parking was very challenging. Overall, it was overly expensive and not a good value.

Perfect place to end our trip in Iceland 🇮🇸

So comfortable! Living space has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, and a wonderful shower (two different shower heads). Our favorite part was probably the super comfy bed and blanket along with the operable window looking out into the downtown area. Also - David was responsive and so nice to briefly meet when we were leaving.

clean and main beds were comfortable. sofa bed wasn’t so great. location was good. the manager was excellent and very responsive

blackout blinds didn’t fit the windows properly making the room very light. the main light activates the toilet light as well as the entrance area so if you want to just use the bathroom light at night, another bright light goes on in the room! street noise outside wasn’t great

The apartment fit out needs perfectly except it was hot inside, noisy outside with the window open.

Amazing Stay!!

The property was really beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed to make and reheat food and the apartment was cosy with heated flooring in the bathroom. location was perfect, we were a short walk from everything! We will definitely be back!

Great short stay in Iceland.

The owners were friendly and the apartments were centrally located. It was easy to get around by foot. Supermarket, restaurants, bars and the water all in close walking distance.

I was charged 3 times for the room due to a miscommunication between the owners. I am still yet to get a refund from my bank. Also, the heating in the room made a constant dripping noise and it was very unpleasant to sleep at night with the dripping noise.

Perfect location, perfect size for a couple!

The most perfect location to be near it all and easy walking distance into the city centre/bus stops and the shoreline walk. Quiet, cosy apartment with kitchen amenities like fridge, microwave, stovetop and the coffee/tea packets were a welcome plus! The couch and table made it feel even more like home. The hosts we were in contact with were lovely to communicate!

We were right above an Indian Restaurant so at times it got loud and very fragrant throughout the night, but we got used to it.

Great location and value for money in downtown Reykjavik

Great location, handy little kitchen area. Host was very helpful and allowed us to leave cases with him for a few hours.

Only minor improvement- toilet seat could fit better.

beautiful little apartment, warm and cost, great location, within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and two small grocers. Ingunn was very accommodating for us. would recommend.

Exceptional

Supper clean and cozy. Great location to the sights in the area. We stayed an extra night and Ingunn was so friendly and helpful in getting us set up with an additional night via text messages. So easy and fast.

A bit hard to find parking at times. Once we figured out we could pay for parking once and then park anywhere in that zone it helped with the ease of coming an going throughout the day.
