it was not as expected

the aqua park was wonderful , the beach is great and pool as well

1 - The food is really bad quality - 2- all inclusive concept was not exist as i pay money for my kids for popcorn and for the ice cream and this is against the all inclusive concept 3- the beach restaurant manager was very unsupported and really need to be replaced " i think his name mostafa"

Would stay again

The room was comfortable and the food was very tasty. Not the best variety but what was there was delicious. The water park was fantastic and staff there were lovely!

I was told I can't use one of the pools because it is reserved for particular travel agents 😕. Also I wanted some more coffee sachets for my room so I could have a coffee and couldn't get them anywhere wasn't aloud to take coffee from the restaurant to my room no bar is open before 9am that is fine but they should have availability on reception extra coffee and tea sachets. Also because I booked from Egypt I payed for all inclusive but was only provided with soft inclusive upon confirmation. However this was resolved after I made a complaint and told them I will be writing a review. First night I asked the Entertainment team where the mini disco was and the show and they just pointed and said over there that wasn't very helpful as I still had no idea and missed the mini disco the first night. Evening entertainment was very boring.

Never try this hotel again

this is the worst vacation I have had, the hotel is not even 2 stars and booking ranking the hotel as 4 stars.

the staff are extremely rude, it took me 45 minutes to check-in. the staff are really unprofessional and rude regardless which department.

Distance between rooms, aqua, pool & beach is too far without internal transportation. The beach doesn't have a marina and no fishes are there along the whole beach

Absolutely nothing about this place is blessed or pleasant the managers the staff ahmed amougod charged me a extra 600 le because i disnt book in booking whrn i did i requested to extend nights on booking and with staff noone replied never over 2 days the worst family resort i have ever seen as an american retired police TD officer very rude unprofessional not accomodating ROOMS Were broken . Treated badly not welcoming at all.

Beautiful main area and main dining area. Pools and beach areas were good.

Rooms need too be updated! Furniture is old and I had to spray my bed. Towels were yellowish

Superb

Very kind ,professional and welcoming staff. Very clean and organized facilities Wonderful Aqua park specially the kids part Astonishing sea view (clean and spacious) Clean restaurant (delicious meals and helpful kind staff) I much recommend this resort for vacations and holidays for couples ,families (specially kids) and friends.

Animations are more suitable for the foreigners ( but it may be due to the majority of the guests during my stay were germans and Russians)

Great and will come back again

The staff was very helpful, from saiid at the room service to Ahmed by the pool area, and restaurant staff. kids liked all the facilities especially the aqua park! We checked out at 12 pm and supposed to leave at 1 pm that day and the reception gave us a voucher for the lunch before we leave! Thank you for your generosity!

It was very crowded during the Eid holidays, especially the aqua park! additional floats at the aquapark are certainly needed. Also additional staff would be required during the Eid holidays period at the beach restaurant during lunch

Access to Alibaba aqua park was nice as its a vast facility with options.

-Extreme lack of food variety. -Very unprofessional staff. (especially during checking in as it took us 3 hours) -Unclean pools. -They specify food times like late breakfast from 10 to 11 but they shut down restaurant at 10:20 saying that there is no more food. -If you lose your bracelet (especially while swimming or riding aqua park slides which is normal) you need to PAY 5 €. -Non responsive to complaints ( it took us 12 hours to fix our toilet sink ). -No inner small transportation as our room was a 15 minute walk to the restaurant and another 10 mins to the pool. If you go to the pool and wish to head to the beach that will be another 25 minutes walking. -If you book all-inclusive, ANYTHING you order at the disco will cost you extra even if its a soft drink. -Place is too large but they only have 2 small pools with only 1 being heated. If you dont like how crowded they are you are forced to use Alibaba's pools (which is another 20 minute walk). - Poor animation team .. No shows only 1 show for kids - No landsccape - No rooms with view what so ever - hotel is very large and very dark all over the hotel except the reception
