Historyczna przygoda.

Pobyt tutaj to przygoda! Nie jest to cukierkowy zameczek, tylko obiekt pachnący historią. Otoczony przepięknym parkiem. Zatrzymaliśmy się w grudniu jadąc na jarmark do Wrocławia. Wojanowice są na tyle blisko miasta, że samochodem można dojechać w kilkanaście minut. Nie jest bardzo komfortowym obiektem, ale woda w kranach była wręcz wrząca, a pokoje dogrzane. Czytaliśmy opinię, że jest w nim zimno, zabraliśmy dzieciom na wszelki wypadek śpiwory - ale okazało się to niepotrzebne. Trzeba mieć świadomość, że to gratka dla poszukiwaczy przygód i sympatyków historii, a nie amatorów komfortu.

O północy ktoś intensywnie przestawiał meble nad naszym pokojem, ale wytłumaczyliśmy sobie, że to pewnie ktoś z poprzednich właścicieli „przywraca porządki” i uznaliśmy, że w zamku z przeszłością to nawet atut 🤣😜🤪👻👻👻

Ein stimmungsvolles Schlosshotel

Das Schloss wirkt sehr romantisch und stimmungsvoll, bräuchte aber eine Renovierung. Der Gastgeber hatte sehr interessante Zeitschriften und Bücher aufliegen.

Das Frühstück wurde nur zwischen 8 und 9 Uhr serviert, was mir eigentlich viel zu früh ist. In Polen sonst immer bis 10 Uhr und oft auch bis 11 Uhr. Bitte den Klingelknopf auch auf Englisch beschriften. Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten, in das Schloss zu kommen.

Klimat typowy dla zamku. Wystrój i położenie. Dobra alternatywa dla hotelu. Miła obsługa.

Jak to w zamku, trochę słabo z grzaniem ale w tamtym wieku nie było pomp ciepła. Ale i tak warto!

Zły wybór

Fajny klimat zamkowy. Smaczne śniadania

Personel straszny. Recepcjonista w brudnej koszuli nie ogolony. Choć starał się być miły. Kobieta obsługująca śniadania wita gość słowami "bedzie coś na ciepło". A może by tak "dzień dobry" na początek? Teren wokoło obiektu wygląda jak by ktoś o nim zapomniał. Trawa nie koszona w ogóle, zarośla i kszaki straszą. Woda w fosie z grubym kożuchem na powierzchni. Choć o dziwo nie śmierdzi. Mnóstwo nietoperzy co jest moim zdaniem na plus. Pokój w stylu zamkowym. Były ok. Czysty choć na pewno dawno temu do remontu. Internet bardzo dobry. Wszędzie niestety widać oszczędności. Począwszy od ustawienia czujników ruch na 15s co uniemożliwia bezpieczne i komfortowe poruszanie się po klatce schodowej skończywszy na zamkniętej restauracji hotelowej. Lokalizacja - kompletne odludzie. Cisza i spokój. Jak ktoś lubi - to OK. Generalnie nie polecam.

Breakfast was good. The castle was quiant, clean, and well modernized.

Breakfast was too early. The music at breakfast was unnecessary and too loud. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, they only did the bathroom and didn't give fresh towels. The manager wasn't around at checkout, so we could pay for our mini bar tab.

The hotel is marvelous! You have to choose that place to stay even for only one night if you can’t spend longer time, cause you can live like a king from previous century but with all facilities you need. Clean room, delicious breakfast, adorable stuff!

Unusual and romantic. Feels like traveling by time machine back for a few hundred years.

Cozy and quiet location in the middle of nowhere. XVI century castle surrounded by natural park. It feels quite special just to stay here. Unusual and romantic.

Surprised by how dirty water is in the pond surrounding castle. By maybe it is the way it should be? Authentic?

Very special place to stay near Wroclaw with good breakfast too.

It is great place to stay if you like castles. This place has got special climate.

Was a bit cold and you need to be aware of swarms of mosquitos when walking around castle and in the park. Both locations are very pleasant for walks otherwise.

Value for money

That was a nice place to stay after a long drive and very interesting one - its not always you get to sleep in the real castle surrounded by water. Especially kids like it. We got two rooms apartment. Everything was great - clean, with a possibility to make tea in the room, water bottles are complimentary. We arrived after 8 pm, the restaurant was not working but staff was very helpful with the information we needed (there is a small supermarket Dino not far from the place). Staff spoke Polish and Russian (no English). Breakfast was also fine. Overall, it was real value for money and nice experience.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect place to escape to rest and relax in historical setting. We cannot say enough great things about this place; from the warm reception you get from Lukrecja, the castle kitty, to the host Andrzej, or the sweet kitchen staff that go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This castle is beautifully maintained and the rooms are so comfortable you will feel like the Lord/Lady of the manor and the grounds on which it sits are so peaceful and beautiful you will want to enjoy the outdoors for hours.

Depending on the season and day of the week their restaurant may not be open but there are plenty of dining options in the area or you can stock up on supplies before you arrive like we did if you don't want to leave the grounds.

Cold rooms, heating system was not working, not too much clean carpet in the room, dirty windows. Not well isolated door in the shower corner, too much water on the floor after having shower.

Superb

The hotel is really beautiful, with wonderful nature all around. it's a quiet place, where you can really rest from city rush. The parking spot is right next to the hotel. Inside you can find many pieces of old furniture, that makes the atmosphere original. The stuff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is only 30 min away from Wroclaw.

The breakfast was rather poor: no water or juice to drink, only tea or coffee. In general the breakfast could have been better organized.

Place good for a short survival camp, definitely not for a wedding anniversary.

The vicinity is beautiful and the castle itself has a special atmosphere. The place has potential and hopefully, tourists will be able to enjoy it one day.

There were radiators in the rooms and taps but unfortunately, the staff told us that they could not start the heating. It was really cold inside and the following night was going to be even colder. What is more, there was no hot water and the plumber didn't arrive even after two hours of waiting. As a result, we had to look quickly for another hotel, which wasn't easy on Saturday evening.

Nice location and cosy castle

Very nice park, quiet location, friendly and relaxed staff, nice interior. And pretty funny that they kept (it is not functioning) old toilet, I mean where all goes literally down the wall into water 😁. But no worries, there is modern WC too.

Not perfectly clean, only 1 blanket and pretty hot one for summer. There is quiet and relaxed atmosphere, it is on one hand good and on the other hand you should wait when the breakfast is served, later than expected.

Exceptional

This is a gorgeous historical place. Looks like you get in a good old fairy tale: incredible experience really enjoyed by our kids. It is a real XVI century castle, nowadays restored and turned into a hotel. Around the castle there is a moat with water and a large park. It is very quiet and beautiful place. Parking is situated just next to the entrance. Many thanks to Arseniy, who met us late in the evening, gave us a nice tour of the castle and told a lot of interesting facts about castle history and Poland. An excellent breakfast is served in the morning. Hope to come back somedays.

The apartment was very clean, but there were a lot of spiders in it. Children were shocked, but we explained that this was the part of immersion into historical reality. So everything was like in a real fairy tale. It seems to me that I would not even be surprised if I met a ghost in the bathroom at night. =)

Nice surprise

The castle is in a peaceful and quite place, where you can take a short walk in a park and take a rest. Children where amazed by idea, that they are "living" in a castle :) It's possible to have dinner in a caffee, so, you don't need to worry about food upon arrival. What is interesting for Lithuanians, this castle is ruled by fund, which head is a Lithuanian and Lithuanian literature might be found there.

Visitors from Poland got better breakfast as it was offered additional meal for them and only after noticing, that we understood, what is going on, the same was offered for us.
