Frascati, a suburb away from Rome and an apartment here is best suited for bit stress & crowds away from Rome. I would recommend this apartment esp for families (it can accommodate more than 8 people in three bed rooms) and groups. The apartment location is 5 mins away from Frascati station and 5 mins away from Frascati Cathedral. The apartment is super clean and even our queries were answered appropriately by the great host "Giancula". The parking is available at 10 EUR per day and with regular trains (duration of 30mins to Roma Termini) and its a stress free at this apartment. Bonus is there is a fantastic restaurant downstairs and there are tons of restaurants in down town with great views of Rome. Also you can catch a sunset with a walk around station. Besides, the Nescafe espresso machine and the capsules were one of the best.

Break-fast could have been better, if possible with famous Italian cheese and with some fresh bread. It makes sense to have more European adapters to enable charging of cell phones, (Italy some how has different plug points :))

The apartment is conveniently located and equipped with all the necessary tools for kitchen and bathroom. There are a lot of food and drinks for the guests. The owner is very nice and responsive.

Walking distance to city center and train station. The supermarket very close. The apartment is spacious.

Location and facilities in the apartment were excellent, it was very well equipped.

Two upper bedrooms had limited head height.

Everything! There's nothing not to like in the property. The property has all needed from heating (air conditioning system included), to a well equipped kitchen, good wifi connection, and spacious bedrooms. The property has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (rather small but ok for daily life). There's a near by supermarket, as well as restaurants, bars and stores. The train station (Frascati) is about 7-10 min walking and if you're going to LNF it is about 20-25 min walking.

The property does not have an elevator, which might be a problem for some people with some disabilities. In any case, the property is on a 1st floor which is ok even if you're carrying lot of luggage. If you're bringing car it might be difficult to park close to the property. The property is not completely soundproof, as I could here the cars crossing the street just below and two of the rooms on the top floor (as it is a duplex style property). Despite these remarks (none of which are major concerns), I will be returning here as I love the property and the owners are super friendly and helpful!
