Super apartment, excellent location, very spacious and comfortable

What a fantastic apartment! The location is the best in Skopje, beds are excellent, apartment is very homey and has everything you need. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet. We will definitely be back!

Warm and cozy apartment in the city center.

The apartment is great and has everything you need (and more:)). Location is perfect, in the city center. Mr Nenov is very responsive and kind, ready to help with everything.

The apartment is located at the most central location possible in Skopje, right between Macedonia Gate and Macedonia Square. Perfect place to explore the city centre on foot. The apartment is very well planned and has all possible facilities you need for a stay. The host was so kind to meet us and show us everything even though we reached at 1am in the night. Having visited over 40 countries and living in such apartments across Europe, I can say this is one of the beat in terms of location, facilities and hosting.

Amazing location, great host and a very comfortable apartment.

Amazing location with a balcony overlooking the main pedestrian only square. Marjan Nenov met us at the "Gate of Macedonia", and then explained everything about the very well equipped apartment. Many of the sights of Skopje are right at your door. The 2nd day we did a private tour of the Canyon and mountain organised by Mr Nenov at very reasonable cost. The apartment has an elevator.

The apartment is at excellent location - city centre. There is a private parking available with extra charge 5 eur per day, but the parking is closed and monitored. The apartment is very well equipped, big TV in the living room and bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, we got all we needed.

I stayed at Nenov apartment on 15th of October 2022 and can say that everything was 10 times better than I expected and exceeded my expectations, apartment is huge, clen, everything is new, wifi is great, one of the best apartments that I have stayed in Skopje, and the host Marjan is great - showed and explained me everything - will definitely go again and would recomend it to everyone.

Great apartment in the heart of Skopje

Great apartment in the heart of Skopje. Marjan is a great owner and guide. He took us for a walk through the city centre and also show us key points of Skopje and also restaurants with discounts {just downstairs of an apartment). Space for a car is available in inner courtyard. The apartment is fully equipped with everything for a great stay. We just regret that we spent only one night in this apartment.

The best accommodation I have ever been to

There is no chance to complain about. The flat is absolutely amazing, don't hesitate a minute. Location just in the city center, parking in the courtyard of the building. The flat is modern equipped, many and many nice details, you can find everything you need and many more. Discount in nice italian restaurant downstairs. Perfect comunication with the host.

You won't find anything you don't like :)

Everything was exceptional. The very welcoming host provided a lot of information about the city. He recommended us 2 restaurants in the city center and we received a discount on the bill by the simple fact that we said that we are guests at this apartment. I recommend with confidence! We will definitely comeback.

Good location, but many to be improved!

Location, communication with the owner, parking. good wifi.

I cant imagine how this appartment got a review score over 9, really. Appartment wasnt cleaned before our stay. Tobacco smell inside the appartment, hair was found on the pillows, dirt on the floor, etc. Poor lighting. Old and cheap towels provided, we preffered not to use them. We didnt have to use dishes and glasses, but they were old and dirty. Bizzare configuration of the appartment, i wouldnt recommend it to a family with kids. Noisy at night, windows are not closing properly.

EXCEPTIONAL APARTMENT IN PERFECT LOCATION

The apartment is fabulous and in the perfect location. Maryan the host has thought of everything. It is within minutes walking distance of some great restaurants and bars and to all the main attractions Stonebridge, Museums Bazaar etc. Maryan is a wonderful host. Nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate in recommending Apsrtment Nenov and would definitely stay there again.

Great position, ideal for exploring the city centre.

The location couldn't have been better, it was ideal for our purpose. The apartment is well laid out with maximum use of space & much equipment in the kitchen especially.

Cushions, books & papers hadn't been removed as per Covid regulations. Many opened packets of food etc were left in the cupboards & fridge, however, I understand that the owner had not been there to ensure that these things were dealt with.
