Acceptable for the price but som disappointments

Acceptable but when I went for breakfast the second day almost all plates were empty and very slow refill! Not acceptable when there was still one hour left for breakfast!

Very slow or no water in shower.

Nice, clean and affordable place

Staff is super helpful and accomodating. There is good wifi in the rooms. The location is very good. The street in front of the hotel was being renovated and was all sand and dirt, and still the hotel was sparkling clean.

A better English language knowledge would make it easier for guests like me although technology does help and they know how to use it.

The bed is amazing Breakfast is nice! Bathroom was nice

It could have been good. NO INTERNET connection on the Wifi. Only cold shower but has a warm water nob. It's like they buildt the Hotel 10 years ago and neglected it ever since. They need to replace the AC as it driped. The doornob was screwed loose No botteled water in the lobby, most easiest thing to fix.

DON'T STAY HERE

We had the worst night ever at any hotel so far, and the hotel owners didn't care at all, and made no effort to compensate. We stayed here because of the AC, that is needed in Iquitos. But the AC in our room didn't work, Since the hotel was fully booked, we had to stay in out room while the technician tried to sort it out at night , but they couldn't, so we had to stay in what could be described as a sauna. When we asked supervisor at check out day after how they would compensate, they had no interest what so ever, and was told they have no policy of compensation... There are many hotels in Iquitos, pick another, because this place takes no responsibility for their mistakes.

Good price and service

The price is reasonable. In pandemic is safe because there are not a lot of tourists. The bedroom was clean, staff very kind and the breakfast decilicious with tipical food.
