Amazing location and family friendly

Room was nicely decorated and perfect for family with kids.

Breakfast time was too late. For airport hotel it would be great to have early breakfast time options. Especially now you have to arrive at least 4hrs prior to your flight.

Ruime kamers met mooi uitzicht. Veel faciliteiten en een perfect ontbijt. Pluspunt is de locatie: je loopt zo Schiphol Plaza in.

OK place if you're in the club.

Convenient location at Amsterdam airport. We had an early morning flight out so picked this hotel as it is connected directly to the airport terminal.

I'm not a Hilton club member as I do not travel often. So checking in was slow with a long line. Elevators were slow. Most egregious: Logging into wifi in the room required enrolling in the Hilton club, so need to supply contact information. Other option is to pay for wifi access in an expensive business hotel! I will avoid Hilton in the future.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Great Breakfast.

It was Raining quite heavily and there was a very bad tapping noise which may have been the rain hitting the Roof directly outside of our window on level 3 ? nett result was very little sleep during our overnight stay.

סביר לשהייה בשדה התעופה עצמו. תמורה סבירה למחיר ולא מעבר לזה. לא הרגשתי שמנסים במיוחד לתת חוויה טובה

בתוך שדה התעופה המלון הזה קצת רחוק מהטרמינל. לא הכרתי את האזור ולפי אתר בוקינג נראה שהוא קרוב יותר ממלונות אחרים, אך התברר שזה הפוך ויש מלונות יותר קרובים לטרמינל. זו נקודה חשובה למי שהולך ברגל עם הכבודה. ארוחת בוקר יקרה יחסית בהזמנה מראש ועוד יותר יקרה אם רוצים לשלם בבוקר עצמו. בניגוד למלונות אחרים שבהם התארחתי שהציעו מים בחדר ללא עלות, במלון זה לא מקבלים בקבוק מים בחדר כהטבה. רצפה חלקה במקלחת. מומלץ להיזהר. הגעתי למלון כשעתיים לפני מועד הצ'ק אין ולמרות שהחדר היה מוכן, דרשו תשלום משמעותי עבור כניסה מוקדמת. אולי אלה ההנחיות, אך לא הרגשתי שמשתדלים ללכת לקראתי, כאשר הגעתי עייף למלון וזאת בגלל שעתיים בלבד. בסופו של דבר אפשרו להיכנס לחדר כחצי שעה לפני השעה 14:00 אבל את ההרגשה הרעה כבר קיבלתי...

convenient, pleasant & comfortable

Our room service dinner was great. I requested quite a specific dish, a variation on the Ceasar Salad and it was perfect exactly what I wanted and asked for.

Convenience close to the airport. Great breakfast.

Paid over Euro 400 for an "upgraded" room with an airport view. The room was smaller than we had on previous stays and the view was not good. Definitely not good value.

De nette ruime kamer.

Meer personeel in de bar rond aperitieftijd. We zijn uiteindelijk maar naar Sheraton hotel gegaan voor aperitief. Daar was wel meer dan voldoende personeel.

Es war einfach wieder Klasse und die Lage spitze.

Ich war nun das zweite Mal Im Hilton am Flughafen und es ist halt Praktisch gleich über die Passerelle zum Hotel zu gelangen. Auch der Bahnhof für die Züge in alle Richtungen war natürlich ideal. Frühstück war wie beim ersten Mal super das Personal sehr sehr freundlich Danke. Zimmer war auch wieder gemütlich und hat seinen Zweck vollkommen erfüllt.

Wie beim ersten Mal, wurden die Hand- und Tuschtücher ausgewechselt obwohl ich das nicht wollte, ich bin eigentlich sehr Umwelt freundlich eingestellt.

Despite your are in the center of one of the busiest airports of Europe, it very quiet there. Sauna area is nice and fine.

Wifi in the room demands to register online. Should be not necessary nowadays.

Bra val om du vill ha nära flygplatsen

Hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen och inomhus gången var suverän. Det hade smakfulla och stilrena möbler. Receptionist som tog emot oss va trevlig och serviceinriktad. Frukosten var tillfredsställande. Rummet var varm och skön.

Städningen var inte optimalt och delar av rummet och badrummet var smutsiga, allt från hårstrån, smut och matrester. Hotellet försökte även ta mer betalt än det framgick av bokningen, även frukosten som betalades separat ville de ta mer betalt än det framgick av beställningen. Sammanlagt vill de ha 70 euro mer än de skulle ha. Det saknades en del toalett artiklar som man brukar ha på 4 stjärniga hotell.

Très bel hotel, certes dans l'aéroport, mais à 1 km de l'arrivée des bagages

La taille de la Chambre, son insonorisation, on est en droit de craindre au bord des pistes, pas un bruit. La salle de bain et son équipement, l'espace petit burteau bien aménagé. Le petit déjeuner est correct.

La distance qui sépare le hall d'arrivé des bagages à celui de l'hotel, quasiment 1 Km avec les bagages sur un chariot cela reste du sport ... L'accueuil à l'arrivée ou rien n'est indiqué pour rejoindre le checking avec les bagages, tout à l'escalator pas trop sympa, une petite indication d'un ascenceur à l'arrivée par l'aéroport serait la bien venue.

Best location to stay near the airport

Staying onsite at Schiphol Airport

Walking to the airport departures and arrivals, car rentals and restaurants was quick and easy. Our room was well appointed and quiet. Great for a very early flight. Shower was spacious and a welcome retreat after a long day traveling. The restaurant was good.

Elegante Übernachtungsoption vor dem Abflug

Das Hotel ist über die Flughafenmall in Schiphol sehr gut angebunden: Der Weg vom Parkhaus oder Bahnhof ist kurz, entsprechend ist der Weg zu den Terminals. Das Hilton hat zudem eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt von Amsterdam. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und elegant.

If you want to be close to the airport, this is a great hotel

food selection was limited, very expensive, but also very good. $40. for inroom breakfast (adding taxes, etc.) but it was big enough for 2 and very good. Bar food good. Didn't eat in restaurant.

Upcharge of $75 to check in at 12:30 pm.

Worst Booking Experience

I booked this hotel; and they charged my family full amount for the things that we did not use. They knew (since last year) that travelers from USA were banned from entering Netherlands, and yet, despite my booking showing that we will be coming from USA, they did not take any responsibility to alert that of the situation on the ground. I have stayed at many Hilton Hotels and I have to say that this one is not your typical Hilton Hotel especially considering I 've been Hilton Honors member since 2006! I would NOT recommend.

Beautiful, well appointed facility. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Very clean and well maintained hotel and restaurant. Delicious breakfast with a tremendously variety of tasty, well prepared food items.

I can think of nothing I disliked.
