Lovely and quite place

Maja was a great host! I loved the way she speaks and guided us in every thing. Her communication was excellent. The room was very clean and there were small towel for make up as well :) we really enjoyed our room thank you :) we had to leave early in the morning and I informed Maja for it then she came to say goodbye face to face absolutely amazing what she has done! The accomodation is just 7-8 mins walk to the Budva beach side. Also Parking area is very good she reserved for us. Thank you Maja love you. Highly recommend it.

Beklentilerimiz tamamen karşılandı

Maja çok tatlı bir ev sahibiydi. Bizi her konuda bilgilendirdi ve yönlendirdi. Kaldığımız oda tertemizdi. Havlu ve nevresimler harika kokuyordu. Bina oldukça sessizdi, hiçbir konuda rahatsız olmadık. Budva sahiline yürüme 7-8 dakikalık bir mesafedeydi ve her akşam denizin tadını çıkarabildik. Teşekkürler Maja, harika bir deneyimdi.

Very nice place to stay in Budva. Very clean room, everything was fresh, towels, bed, bathroom, everything. Nice air conditioning and a nice small kitchen. Manja was very helpful and warm with us. Parking spot was reserved for us durring our stay.

Convenient apartment with nice pool area and friendly host

- Friendly and helpful host (we were allowed an early check-in!) - Close (1km walking) to the Old town - Close to the beach, ferries and super market (next door!) - Big apartment with all necessary equipment and a stable WiFi-connection - Lovely pool area, outdoor shower and plenty of sun chairs - Host (Maja) was very accommodating and took our requests and feedback very seriously, and she helped us book a taxt to Sveti Stefan! Thank you!

The apartment we stayed in was on the top floor of the building. We had two large balconies which was very useful as one half of the day there was sun on one balcony, and the other balcony had shade at the same time. So we could choose which balcony we wanted to be on, have a meal, rest, etc. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary equipment. We didn’t miss anything. The host (Maja) was very lovely and warm. She allowed us to check-in very early (10 am.), which was suprise for us, as we just wanted to leave our luggage at the reception before check-in. We appreciate the hospitality. Had a pleasant stay. I do recommend Sun’n’Sea apartaments.

Excellent stay. Highly recommend. Owners went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time.

Beautiful, well kept building with pool. Room was updated with everything needed. Owners made sure we were properly taken care of. Even took time to wish us good bye once we left. Would highly recommend.

No real negatives about the property. Only small downside is the building doesn’t have an elevator and our room was on the fourth floor.

Brilliant stay in Budva

Where to start!! The interior of the apartment block is modern and spotlessly clean. It's situated a 10 minutes walk from the coast and a little more to the old town. There's a little supermarket at the end of the street and a delicious bakery a few minutes away. Our aparement was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. There is access to washing machines, and the pool area is lovely, too. Maja was a fantastic host. She is very easy to talk to and she made our stay extra special. It is so easy for me to recommend this accommodation.

Comfortable apartment for a long stay

Modern apartment equipped with everything for living, remote working and preparing food. Strong wi-fi connection, quiet neighborhood. And Maja was super helpful with all my requests.

Apartment was just what we where looking for, a full equipped kitchen, access to laundry facilities in the ground floor, nice shower and comfortable bed and pillows, air dryer, iron. Maja was friendly and helpful giving us many tips about where to go. Parking space is a plus. Recommended 100%

Everything was great at this property. Amazing host and very responsive to all our requirements. Property is very clean, close to center, stores, Malls, beaches and also is very quiet and safe place. For sure we will visit again!!!

Family friendly apartment

Loved everything. Friendly hosts Maja and her husband plus the cleaning lady. Went above and beyond to accommodate us and our 10 month old baby, from arranging baby car seat for the airport transfers, High chair, baby bath and shower gel, cot etc. Very family friendly with excellent facilities. Appliances are modern and clean. Communication from the beginning was clear, good English, and quick. Gave great recommendations of what to do and always tended to our needs. €80 return taxi transfer organised for us from Podgorica. We would recommend 100% and would also return. Thanks for a great 10 days in Budva.

There is nothing I didn't like. There is big construction going up everywhere in Budva, so I think wherever you stay there will be another apartment block going up to block your view.

The flat was perfect and incredibly clean with a lovely pool terrace to relax by and a short walk from the beach. Maja and Marin were super hosts and very accommodating. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great host and an amazing apartment extremely well kept!

Huge balcony and washing facilities. The host was great and extremely informative!

The air conditioner worked great however a few more blankets would be greatly appreciated as it’s directly on top of the bed 🙂

Budva!

Perfect position to visit Budva. Good staff and owners. Laundry room available 24h. Swimmingpool (small, but ok!). Reserved parking spot in front of the building.

Our room was on the 4th floor without elevator. No balcony in the room.

Beautiful apartment!!! Maja the owner is absolutely a lovely lady !!! very helpful and made us feel so welcome. The apartment is amazing, clean and modern. there is a laundry room and it was so helpful for us, as we're travelling only with trollies so had to wash some clothes. a swimming pool that the boys really enjoyed cooling down in the hot weather of July. Free parking and walking distance to the old city and shops. I strongly recommend this property. Thank you Maja :)

Perfect please to relax after our road trip

Really everything! Nice and clean bathroom, enthousiast host who gaves us a lot of information. Spacious and modern room and a well equiped kitchen. Our room had 2 terasses, which were both perfect. Walking to the old town is only 15 minutes.
